We are glad you enjoyed your stay and welcome you back in the future!

We are very sorry this guest left disappointed. We take great pride in maintaining this home and providing a comfortable stay. We have hosted guests here for approximately 10 years, and since this stay have continued to receive excellent reviews, 10/10 ratings. When the guest contacted us after arrival, we responded promptly and in person to assist with access. The front door keypad was working at that time and has continued to work for subsequent guests. It simply requires touching the screen first for the numbers to illuminate. A backup lockbox was also available and working, but the guest preferred not to use either option, and required someone come over and open the home. We carefully inspected the property afterward. The two damaged dining chairs have been repaired. We did not find missing hardware on the doors or drawers, and the shower heads and body sprays are complete and in good working order. The sunroom windows also work properly using their clasp and release system. The sectional is a high-quality, comfortable couch in good condition. Although it was manufactured with a reclining mechanism, we intentionally do not offer that feature for guest use as it can lead to damage. Keeping the mechanism disabled helps ensure the couch remains comfortable and reliable. The upstairs bedrooms are accurately represented in the listing photos. One includes a king bed, and the other has two queen beds and a bunk bed, with normal walking space. This is the first concern we have received about bedroom size. Clean towels were inadvertently left in the dryer. We addressed this with our cleaning team and added an additional check going forward. We appreciate guest feedback and use it to continually maintain the property. We are confident the home is in good condition and ready for future guests, and the many positive reviews before and after this stay reflect the level of care we put into it.
