Location ottima

Ottimo, pulito e veramente confortevole appartamento da cui organizzare comodamente tutte le escursioni alle più belle calette del golfo di Orosei. La titolare Francesca è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima a venire incontro anche alle più piccole esigenze. Consiglio vivamente sia che viaggiate con amici che con la famiglia.

Typische Ferienwohnung

Empfang und Check-In waren problemlos. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock. Sauberkeit war ok, Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Der Eindruck auf den Bildern der Annonce hat eine größere Wohnung vermittelt. Für das Bettzeug pro Person, die Reinigung und den Strom kamen weitere Kosten hinzu. Eine Kaution musste auch hinterlegt werden. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer war sehr schön. Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Zum nächstgelegenen Kiesstrand sind es knapp 10 Gehminuten. Die Stadt Cala Golone ist eine sehr touristische Stadt.

L'appartement est tres bien situe par rapport au centre ville et correspond bien au descriptif de l annonce. Sur le balcon, on a une vue sur la mer ainsi que la montagne derriere. Francesca etait la pour repondre à nos requêtes et a été très réactive. Je recommande cette adresse. Cordialement.

Vacanza spettacolare

Appartamento impeccabile, ottima posizione la spiaggia di Palmasera a soli 3 minuti a piedi, mentre le altre si raggiungono i 5/10 minuti di auto. Splendida vista mare, in quanto abbiamo soggiornato al secondo piano dell'edificio, dotato di tutti i comfort e super pulito. La proprietaria Francesca ci ha accolto nel miglior modo possibile e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Inutile dire che Cala Gonone è una delle più belle mete della Sardegna e consiglio a tutti vivamente di poter trascorrere una vacanza da queste parti. Struttura qualità prezzo eccezionale. Grazie ancora Francesca per l'ospitalità, sicuramente se faremo di nuovo tappa a Cala Gonone saremo da lei a soggiornare. A dimenticavo, ci ha regalato anche un ottima bottiglia di cannonau fatto in casa. Consiglio a tutti questo residence.

Excellent apartment with great sea view

We had a lovely time in Cala Gonone. The apartment is brilliantly located to be able to access the town and beaches with ease, and has great sea views from the balcony. It was very well presented and is a perfect size for up to four people. Francesca was very helpful and accommodating. We have already been back there four months later, and can't wait to visit again!

Comfortable, light and airy 2 bed apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this Summer. The apartment was clean and spacious with front and back balconies which allowed plenty of much needed cool breeze. No air conditioning but the owners provided a fan. Very helpful and friendly owners, everything was explained to us clearly on arrival. We spent many evenings on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. Our apartment was a top floor 2 bed one which suited us as we prefer a good view to outside space. We loved the resort and will definitely want to return.

lovely apartment in beautiful area

Spent a week here in end of June. Apartment was light, spacious and very well equipped. The owner is lovely and very helpful, and left us with directions when arrived late at night. The beach and town with restaurants and shops are only a 5-10 min walk away, but yet apartment far enough away to be quiet. Really enjoyed our stay and love Sardinia.

sehr schöne Wohnung

die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß, sauber und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, auch eine Anreise um Mitternacht war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, Supermarkt, Restaurant und Strände sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Cala gonone ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. auch in der Hauptsaison hat es uns sehr gut gefallen

Convenient, modern, clean apartment

We had a great time. The apartment was perfect and the resort is very nice. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, but there are shops that are closer for food etc. I would definitely recommend this apartment and the owners wer helpful and charming. We loved Cala Gonone and will be back!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage.Voll ausgestattete Küche und toller Balkon mit Meerblick. Super Ausgangspunkt für Kletterbegeisterte und Naturliebhaber. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist noch wenig los und die Temperaturen angenehm zum Klettern, das Meer allerdings noch ziemlich frisch.

A great place for a family vacation.

I rented the apartment to spend there 1 week with my wife and our 2 kids. The contact with the owner and the whole booking process was smooth. The booking fee was reasonable and we closed the deal pretty quickly. After arrival we were explained all the rules (especially around recycling) and started enjoying the apartment. We ordered the bed linen and the towels that were waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment was nice, well equipped and having more than enough space for the four of us. All the furniture were in an excellent shape and all the things you may need in the kitchen were available. We were mostly spending the days outside, so I must admit the building is located so that either leaving Cala Gonone for a day trip or getting to the port or the main street was very easy. Especially in the evenings we used to have a nice walk to the port or the restaurants located nearby. When in the apartment we were mainly enjoying the balcony, having a breakfast and sometimes dinner there. From the terrace there is a nice view at the sea and the mountains. There is also a parking place in the backyard for multiple cars, so we didn’t have to worry where to park. To summarize – a nice apartment very well located for a reasonable price. I can truly recommend!

A spacious apartment with a good balcony

We stayed for 2 weeks in late June and had a great time. It's a nice, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking a campsite and the sea, with a picturesque view of the mountains to the South. There is a hotel PA system nearby which can be a bit irritating, but they don't start too early and won't keep you awake, so if you are out during the day you will barely notice it. Cala Gonone itself is a pleasant resort, touristy but low-rise and if you avoid the high season very pleasant. The apartment is a good 10 minute walk from the town and/or beach. You will get fit coming back up the hill, but the local beach is excellent and the town is a good base for boat trips to other beaches and spectacular limestone cliffs. The family who run the apartment is friendly and really helpful. I recommend this apartment as a good base from which to explore the stunning coastline of eastern Sardinia. We hired a car; it's not essential, but it will allow you to explore inland, and the coastline to the north.

Peaceful and relaxing location

We found this an immaculately clean property in a very quiet location - outside the typical tourist season - with lovely views. A very helpful owner, who made no fuss about our extremely late arrival (after 11.30pm) and who provided prompt and accurate information prior to our arrival about the location of supermarkets and restaurants etc. which was important to us as my husband was recovering from a broken ankle. An excellent base for exploring the area or, I imagine, lazing on the beautiful beaches looking out at turquoise seas. As we visited in mid March a lot of the tourist attractions, such as boat trips, and restaurants were not open but we had no problems finding good places to eat out and there are so many beautiful locations to picnic that you will be spoilt for choice. The property is very spacious, well equipped and good value. We would recommend it as a peaceful and relaxing location at this time of year and hope to visit again.

THE APARTMENT IS ON THE HIGHER PART OF THE SMALL COASTAL TOWN OF CALA GONONE BUT WITHIN EASY REACH OF THE NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS AND THE BEACHES. THE APARTMENT IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED, IT IS VERY SPACIOUS.IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY ARTISTIC TOUCHES SUCH AS PICTURES ON THE WALLS , PURELY BASIC FURNITURE.THERE IS A LARGE BALCONY . CALA GONONE IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY TO ENJOY SWIMMING , EATING OUT, WALKING IN THE MOUNTAINS ,ROCK CLIMBING AND TAKING BOAT TRIPS ALONG THE COAST. IT IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL NATURAL UNSPOILT AREA. I THINK IT IS AN ADVANTAGE TO HAVE A CAR THERE,BUT NOT ESSENTIAL. WE SHALL DEFINITELY THINK OF GOING THERE AGAIN.WE SHOULD ALSO BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND IT TO OTHER PEOPLE.WE ARE RETIRED, BUT IT WOULD SUIT ANY AGE GROUP. THE OWNER OF THE APARTMENTS IS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THERE WAS ONLY ONE NEGATIVE POINT, AND THAT WAS THE NOISE OF LOUD MUSIC COMING FROM THE VARIOUS HOTELS NEARBY AT ALL SORTS OF DIFFERENT TIMES DURING THE DAY.

Nice place - very nice and helpful landlord

nice appartment, well equiped The furniture and the surrounding of the building are brand new and well maintained. The daughter of the Landlord speaks english very well, so communication was no issue. Both were very, very helpful and made our stay to a really nice and enjoyable stay. I would stay there a second time. small shops, bars and beach are in walking distance (ca. 10 Minutes). You could have party in the "city", but could also just enjoy the beach or use Cala Gonone as starting point for Hiking by using a car as we did, or ride your mountain, racing or motor bike. A car is recommended anyhow! The only thing to criticize is, that the appartments are a little bit clairaudient. Thanks again for a beautiful stay!

Great Holiday

The appartment is very nice and clean. You can walk to the beach in about 10min and the next supermarket is only 5min away. The landlord was very friendly. We had great days and we would take the flat another time without a doubt. Thank you Francesca ;)

Kurze Zusammenfassung: + Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet + Sehr sauber + Gute Küchenausstattung. Keine Uralt-Gebraucht-Waren. Das ist nach unserer Erfahrung alles andere als selbstverständlich + Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter + Geräumiger Balkon + Fussläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeit + Ausstattung: Parkplatz, Waschmaschine vorhanden... + Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! - Der einzige kleine Makel betrifft vielleicht die Akustik - die Wohnung war ein wenig hellhörig.

Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig, etwas vom Hafen und Zentrum des Ortes entfernt. Vom angenehm großen Balkon aus hatten wir freien Blick aufs Meer und auf die Berge - wir wohnten ganz oben. Die Wohnung war sauber, hell und freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt einen hauseigenen Parkplatz, so dass man nicht auf der Straße parken muss. Das war während unseres Aufenthaltes recht wichtig, da wir an 2 Tagen stundenlangen Starkregen hatten und das Wasser sich in den Straßen zu kleinen Flüssen sammelte incl. Sand, Steine und Erdreich. Das brachte doch einige Fahrzeuge ins Rutschen - aber nicht auf unserem Parkplatz. Außerdem konnten wir im Anschluß das Auto zum Austrocknen offen stehen lassen und hatten es vom Balkon aus gut im Blick. Einkaufsläden, Strand, Hafen und Zentrum sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Mit der italienischen Mülltrennung sind wir zwar klargekommen, aber mit den Abgabeterminen hatten wir ein wenig Probleme, so dass bei der Abreise noch einige Sachen vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren aber sehr freundlich und haben gesagt - no problem.

Nice place to stay

The appartment building is new (2010) and well equiped. The location is a bit outside of Cala Gonone but it for sure in walking distance. The furniture and the surrounding of the building are well maintained. We staid for almost four weeks in May and June 2010 and we enjoyed the time pretty much. The only annoyance is a big hotel in the surrounding which make animations all day and night long. But I guess thats is standard in Cala Gonone. All together: It is a nice place to stay - we can surely recommend it.
