新しく建てられ、すべての家具、家電製品、新しい家電製品を備えています。 家にはダブルベッドのある部屋と2つのダブルベッドのある部屋があり、キッチンには器具やその他の必要な設備が整っています。 バスルームは完全で、他のすべての新しいプロパティと同様に、リビングルームにはスペイン語と外国語の両方のカネール（英語、ドイツ語、フランス語など）用の衛星DTTデコーダーがあります。 Wifiは、家の中だけでなく、区画全体で機能します。
この区画には草が植えられており、果樹とほぼ100周年のオリーブの木があります。 プロパティには、バーベキューと庭の家具（椅子とテーブル）があります。

Kitchen was fully equipped. Just missing dish towels and oven mitts. The yard was perfect for your furry friends, and the patio was fantastic. I was a little cocerned about the black mold on the walls and ceiling. They did have a a dehumidifier that worked very well. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was fantastic. A very good vibe.

Thanks for your comments, Catherine. Like every year , we prepare the house for the winter and the rain and normally stays in good conditions till next season. But this winter has been raining very much than normal and of course the property suffered so much than even using the dehumidifier and airing as much as we could was not enough to avoid a bit of some mold . Everything is going to be painted again during this week when the house us not occupied. Luckily the weather is improving and now we have our levante wind which is really dry and warm. We really looking forward to seeing you soon back in Los Caños

We rented the house for 5 weeks from the last week of January untill end of February based on the attaractive pictures on the Abritel site. The house is well located in a quiet area. The equipment is all there although some of the kitchen pots and pans are worn out. The bathroom is fine but the shower is very basic with a plastic curtain that does not close, leaving the batroom floor wet after each usage. All of that is acceptable for the (winter) rental price. The big problem is that the house is excessively humid with large amounts of black mold in every room. The house walls are soaked with water making the paint come of the walls and the interior of the house very very damp. There is a dehumidifier present but it is hardly able to cope with the excessive moisture in the house. In summer this would probably be less aof a problem with the heat and leaving windows and doors open all the time. All in all a pleasant house but the humidity brings it down from 4 stars to 2. Raul, the man owho looks after the house is very responsive. We had a few problems and he was very helpfull and immediately took action. As opposed to the house he deserves a 5 star rating.

During your stay, the area experienced record levels of rainfall, which unfortunately caused unusually high humidity levels throughout the region. This situation affected many houses in the area. As we do every year, we will carry out our annual maintenance treatment against humidity, including applying a new special paint designed for extremely humid climates, to ensure the house remains comfortable for future guests. De aparatuur in de keuken was gedateerd.Wasmachine werkte niet goed, waarna een overstroming het gevolg was. De monteur om dit op te lossen was beschikbaar.Alle contact momenten met de beheerder waren remote. Op zich geen probleem maar geeft niet een betrokken gevoel..Locatie en de omgeving maken veel goed.

Hi Andre, Great that you arrive well back home. Due to the humidity of the area it is very easy that appear the rust in any metallic surface but we try to keep the house in good conditions and when something has to be replaced we do. I am not living in Los Caños, and the owner neither. But living over, we have a maintenance man and the cleaning lady that should be enough The guests can contact me anytime and we react in short time offering solutions to the guests. Of course that you can miss a personal service support from us but we always trying our best. When we told you that the internet was strong enough to make home office we really believe it. Now you are telling us that you suffer some cuts. We really apologize but this is a provider's issue that we can not control. The comment that you left about the property it is not helping us cause the internet connection was not strong enough. We have already improved the connection installing fiber connection and it is very stable. A couple of days during your stay was not so stable but it was in the whole area where the internet connection was not working properly. I mean this is a problem out of my control. We really apologize again and we, also, hope that you visit us again. Best regards . Raúl

Espacio para la relajación

La casa está en una zona muy tranquila y con un porche y jardín que se presta a tardes al sol, descansando en las tumbonas. El jardín está muy bien cuidado y la barbacoa estupenda, la hemos disfrutado muchísimo.De hecho debajo de la higuera, al lado de la barbacoa es donde hemos hecho algún almuerzo. Nuestra perrita ha disfrutado de lo lindo En el Jamón de Conil a sólo 20 minutos hay muy buena carne. El porche es enorme y casi toda la vida la hemos hecho allí para comer y cenar. Las camas son muy cómodas, al igual que los sofás y la cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos. La comunicación con el dueño ha sido siempre fluida y ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Seguro que volveremos.

Perfecta para disfrutar con mi perro y cerca de la playa

La casa estaba muy bien, tal como se mostraba en las fotos. El jardín era amplio y perfecto para que mi golden retriever pudiera correr y jugar con total libertad y seguridad. Además, la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa, lo que hizo que nuestras caminatas fueran aún más especiales. La casa contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable, y el propietario fue muy atento, siempre disponible para resolver cualquier duda o inconveniente. Sehr schöner großer Bungalow in einer Urbanizacion

In dem großen und geräumigen Bungalow verbrachten wir 2 schöne Urlaubswochen. Alles Wichtige war vorhanden und, auf einem großen Grundstück mit überdachter Terrasse. Der Weg durch die Urbanizacion und weiter bis zum herrlichen Strand mit Blick auf Cabo Trafalgar war ca. 8 min. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder

Estancia agradable, hemos tenido mucha suerte con el tiempo en la zona. La casa moderna, cuidada. La estufa muy chula, costó encenderla, pero hizo su función. José Miguel muy atento en todo momento, interesado en que estuviéramos cómodos.

Alojamiento perfecto

Una estancia perfecta para descansar y desconectar. El alojamiento es perfecto, tal y como sale en las imágenes, fuimos con nuestro perro y no tuvimos ningún problema. Muy cerca de la playa y del parque natural.

La casa muy cómoda , cerca de la playa y en una urbanización muy tranquila nada de ruido. Muy buena comunicación con el dueño, en general la estancia que buscábamos. Repetiremos seguro.

Tranquilo y acogedor con un jardin muy amplio y en una zona excepcional.

El alojamiento ha cumplido nuestras espectativas, amplio y cómodo. La ubicación es muy tranquila junto al parque de la Breña y al lado del faro de Trafalgar. El salón cocina es muy amplio y acogedor, los dos dormitorios están bien y en el amplio porche y jardín hemos podido disfrutar de buenos momentos. La única pega es una humedad en la pared del dormitorio con el baño, que entiendo que nos ha pillado a nosotros reciente y se arreglará pronto. Posiblemente volveremos si se dan las condiciones.

ZONA ESPECTACULAR

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento y los alrededores. Si lo que se busca es tranquilidad, este es el sitio. Jardín muy amplio dentro de la finca y casa con espacio más que necesario para descansar y pasar unos días estupendos. La playa está a 5 minutos andando. Playa salvaje y parajes súper verdes. Genial. Repetiremos.

Haus in Caños de Meca

Schönes Haus mir großem, ummauerten Garten in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden (Labrador und Golden Retriever) im November für 4 Wochen dort. Gut eingerichtete Küche und ein großer Kühlschrank mit einem großen Gefrierteil waren ebenso vorhanden wie ein Backofen, Microwelle usw.. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Es roch alles frisch, nichts war schmuddelig. Nach 5 Tagen hatten wir keinen Wasserdruck mehr auf der Leitung. Ein kurzer Anruf bei Raul, unserem Ansprechpartner, und um das Problem wurde sich innerhalb von 2 Stunden gekümmert. Der Hausmeister konnte das Problem in kürzester Zeit beheben. Sehr gut fanden wir auch die Lage zum Meer. Vom Haus waren es nur knapp 500m zum Strand bzw. auch zu einer tollen Bar direkt am Anfang des Strandes. Hunde waren am ganzen Strand erlaubt. Insgesamt können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

La casa es muy bonita, tiene un jardín maravilloso, muy amplio. Cuando llegamos a la casa estaba inundada por una avería, se lo comunicamos al propietario y nos lo solucionó de inmediato. Trato excepcional, es muy amable y atento. Repetiremos ☺
