About this property

Please enjoy this unique guesthouse backing onto a vineyard and five minutes away from several of Niagara's best know wineries. Here, you will enjoy your self-catered (continental breakfast supplied) vacation spot with fully equipped kitchen, private patio and private garden spot. In addition, we have a large Pergola adjacent to the vineyard available for eating. This must be reserved in advance. The master bedroom has it's own private deck overlooking the vineyard. Two additional bedrooms (2 Queen) are available as well as two roll away singles. Base rate is for two people then $80 per night per person after the first two guests. Children under two years old will not be charged. This seemingly isolated property is only a five minute drive from the Old Town and all it has to offer.

We offer cruiser bicycles at at discounted rate of $25 per person per day for guests to travel around the area

Clean & Convenient

We had a nice stay. Only a few minutes to Niagara on the lake, shopping and wineries. Only 15-20 minute drive to the falls. Safe, clean and convenient.

Beautiful area

We had a great time! The only thing I was not pleased with was the upkeeping of the gardens, back and front. It looked like it was not cared for; weeding, dead heading the roses. The grounds did not look as meticulously kept as the the photos.

Weekend Getaway.

We had a wonderful weekend in Niagara on the Lake. The house was spacious for the 10 of us, comfortable and clean. The breakfast items were very nice. The house is situated in an ideal area in relation to the wineries. We especially enjoyed the vineyards surrounding the home; so pretty. The communication with the owners was very good. I asked for some recommendations for dinner for a group our size and received a quick response with many helpful ideas. The whole experience was great. Our group had a wonderful time!

Great girls weekend!

Myself and 3 of my friends had a great weekend stay at this beautiful property. Colin and Marlene were excellent to deal with right from the beginning. So accommodating and nice. Answered questions right away and we never had a single issue. The house was clean and in great condition. The grounds are beautiful. I think this property might be an annual trip. Thanks so much, we look forward to staying with you again!

This house is perfectly located and it is an exsellent relaxing place to get away. We spent one night there.. It is very close to the Niagara Falls (20min).The house itself was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed including the continental breakfast(yogurt, croissants, cereal, milk, fruit, juice)! It was private and quiet with a great view of all the nearby wineries available for visiting. Both, Marelina and Colin were very friendly and provided a very nice service. Thank you! We would definitely stay there again

Beautiful house, amazing location.

We had such a lovely trip here. A group of nine of us were on board for this bachelorette and given how much of our weekend we were planning on staying in a house, we needed a beautiful one. As every single person entered they said wow! We especially love the backyard and the little details like the continental breakfast and tasting passes. Would love to stay again soon for sure!

Lovely and amazing, exceeded all expectations!!!!

From the moment we walked in, we were enthralled with the loveliness of the home. It felt like home, from the pastries int he kitchen to the decorating and personal touches. The views of the vineyards right outside the door were amazing. Colin went out of his way to give us great information and any assistance needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, welcoming host, great location!

This property is perfectly located. We spent our trip at the Shaw Festival and biked in the nearby area. it has easy access to the main bike path along the water between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the lake. The house itself was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. They even provided a continental breakfast(yogurt, croissants, cereal, milk, fruit, juice)! It was private and quiet with a great view of all the nearby wineries available for visiting. Our host was readily available and took the time to orient us to the basics such as groceries, accessing the bike path, and winery recommendations. Overall a perfectly, relaxing place to get away. We would definitely stay there again

Yearly Gathering of Good Friends

Beautiful property and landscape with lovely rose bushes., and trees which offered cherries ready for picking and eating . Perfect for three couples with lovely large living/dining room picture window to look out onto while enjoying breakfast. Also lovely patio to sit outside and relax and visit. Would book again. A Definate 10+

If you get the chance to be in Wine country or just want a quiet getaway, you GOTTA stay here. The pictures on VRBO are exactly what you get when you arrive. Beautiful location with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the sunrise with a coffee/tea or sunset with glass of celebration. Very close to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake and SEVERAL wineries! Very clean, very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints! The hosts are exceptional with communication and just a friendly check-in after arrival to make sure you do not need anything else. We are definitely coming back and will definitely use this location for more reservations. Thank you for a great time away!!!

Why they chose this property

For those who wish to be close to the action of Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls yet feel they are away from it all, this property is for you! We are located in the centre of Niagara on the Lake region. While we are surrounded by vineyards, we are also only minutes from the Old Town's main street as well as only minutes from Niagara Falls and all it has to offer. If you enjoy visiting the local wineries by automobile or bicycle, we are perfectly located.

What makes this property unique

Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. In addition, we have a private patio with barbque as well as private fenced lawn and garden area for guests. We will supply items for a continental breakfast each morning. Our home features a master bedroom with a private deck overlooking the vineyards as well as two additional bedrooms for an additional fee. We have bicycles available to rent to explore the area on two wheels. We have a great pergola next to the vineyard which can fit up to twenty people for wine or dinner!
