Villa Siga Siga
The detached villa is located in Messinia. This is the most southwestern department of the peninsula Pelopponesos. The Villa is situated between the villages and Kamaria Evangelismos. The sea, to reach the beaches and the picturesque coastal village Finikounta located approximately 5 km and in just 5 minutes by car. The luxurious and very comfortable villa was built in 2007 on a plot of 3000 m2 and is equipped with all modern conveniences. From the villa one has an unobstructed view of the valley, the sea and offshore islands.
The villa offers the location and the facilities necessary privacy.

In the Messinia mass tourism has not addressed the Greek life and maintain the human dimension. If you are looking for an authentic, beautiful, quiet vacation destination to fully relax then Villa Siga Siga the place for you to stay.

Our stay was wonderful from the outset. The communication beforehand was excellent, and we felt very well informed. Will gave us a particularly warm welcome on arrival and showed us to the house. The house has everything you could possibly need. Everything you need for an unforgettable holiday is provided. The absolute highlight, of course, is the breathtaking view.

Fantastisch!

Volledig en compleet huis met een prachtig zwembad en uitzicht! Schoon, erg goede communicatie met de eigenaar en host ter plekke. Leuke dorpjes en mooie omgeving in de buurt. Kortom: een aanrader!

Great Holiday

Enjoyable 2 weeks in a lovely Villa with great views. Spacious and well equipped with a number of outside areas. Pool was lovely too. Easy accessibility to coast and villages/towns in both directions. Hour car journey from the airport which was straight forward. We all had a great time!

Fantastic house, pool and view

Our family found this house perfect for a relaxing week in Greece. We enjoyed the sun and the shadow at the pool during daytime, dinner in nearby villages and family time on the terrace afterwards. The house had all we needed for great family time and perfect varm whether. We were my wife and me, two daughters with boyfriends and our grandson. We could easily see us coming back.

Ein absoluter Traum, Ruhe und Erholung pur.

Wunderschönes Objekt, gebaut wie ein kleines Schlösschen. Umgeben von Olivenhainen mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer. Geeignet für bis zu 8 Personen, große Küche 2 Bäder, 2 Balkone, große Freisitzbereiche und ein nagelneuer großer Pool mit Gegenstromanlage. Platz für 4 PKWs. Das Meer ist nach 10 min Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Gute Tavernen, Supermarkt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen !

Einfach Perfekt!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einen von Olivenhainen umgebenen Landschaft mit einem herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und funktionsfähig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei im gesamten Haus. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bäder in sehr gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Innenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit guten Messern und einer soliden Grundausstattung aus Kaffee, Öl, Essig und vielen Gewürzen. Der Garten mit neu angelegtem Pool war traumhaft und lädt zum entspannten Baden ein. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa Siga Siga ohne Einschränkungen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es war herrlich und sehr erholsam, wir werden wiederkommen! Auto ist ein Muss! Großen Dank auch an unseren Host, der uns in der Villa professionell betreut und bei Fragen per Whats-App sofort reagiert hat.

Simply wonderful

I spent a more than a pleasant week at Villa Siga Siga. First of all, the communication with the owners was perfect, everything is very well set up. The villa itself is located in an extremely quiet area, from where you can see the sea and an excellent panorama. Everything in the villa is extremely clean, with efficient equipment and extraordinary good taste (including here Macke and Kandinsky reproductions from the walls :-). Everything is clear, everything is at hand. The terraces in the yard allow you to see the stars and Perseids at night and to hide from the sun during the day (if that's what you want). The swimming pool is also extraordinary, very well maintained and offers you a wide perspective on the islands and the sea. The beaches in the area are very beautiful, whether you want landscaped or wild ones. A few kilometers away is a wide beach with a very good restaurant (Zanzibar). If you want to buy something, you can find a store nearby with everything you need (Medusa super market). Regarding the taverns in the area, you can opt for Meraki, Apolafsi or in the nearby towns, Finikounda or Methoni or even in Pylos. Nature is extraordinary in the area, it is a mixture of wilderness with minimal human influences, it is simply a perfect place for families with or without children. Mrs. Will, who took care of us, was always very kind and gave us some great advice. In conclusion, it is a fantastic place, where you feel at home. We would definitely like to come back, the area has a lot to offer. Best regards, Dan.

Excellent stay

The villa Siga Siga is very recent and very well equiped. The pool is new from this year and all accomodations are running perfectly. All the family has very much enjoyed the week, as well as the kindness of the hosts. Derk and Judith took care of us from the start, when preparing these holydays. Wonderful memories there, we'll be back!

Outstanding vacation house in peacefull area of Peloponesse

The Siga Siga Villa is one of the greatest vacation homes our family have ever rent! The photos in the home rental offer do not fully reflect how great the house is. We are 7 people family (2 parents and 5 kids) and the house was really fitting us well. The house is so well equipped with all amenities and home appliances that we felt as at home. The owners do great job with home maintanance and it's smart internal organization. The pool also did a great work in hot Greek summer. I was told the owners will build new, bigger pool this fall (2021) so next year the property will be even greater. The area of the Kamaria village was very conveinient to reach Foinikounta and Methoni towns with many restaurants and local sandy beaches. We liked Lampes Beach close to Methoni - shallow water and nice car access. Also Agia Triada beach north of Koroni was stunning. However bear in mind IMHO you'd need a car to operate from villa. The contact with Owners Judith and Derk was extraordinary good in all the meaning - from intial order till fare-well and post-rental discussion. Also local host Mrs. Will was very helpful from beginning till the end of stay. Please note there is Kalamata International Airport 1 hr away so posssibly very quick access to villa. We 100% recommend the Siga Siga Villa for all tenants. BR Wojciech with family

Sehr gepflegte schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage

Wir verbrachten 11 Tage in diesem schönen gepflegten Haus mit großem Garten und wunderschöner Fernsicht in vollkommener Ruhelage. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Danke auch unserem Gastgeber, der sehr zuvorkommend alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt hat

séjour magnifique et tout confort

La maison est très confortable. Cuisine ultra-équipée, piscine très agréable, plusieurs terrasses avec parasols. Chambres avec bonne literie, clim' et volets. L'environnement est beau et totalement calme. Belle plage à 5 minutes de voiture. Idéal pour un séjour reposant adultes+enfants.

Peace, nature and in one of the best areas of Greece

We were a family of 8 visiting Finikounda for the first time, the villa, owners and area, excelled our expectations. The villa is set in a quiet peaceful environment surrounded my the beautiful natures of Greece. The view of the turquoise waters were a joy to see at any time of day, especially when dining and morning balcony breakfast. The villa is like home from with the owners thoughtfully equipping to suit a large families needs. The beaches are a 5 min drive away, clean and safe for the children to play. Our children loved the pool too. Finikounda town is again 5 mins drive with great restaurants and shops for a pleasant after meal stroll. The whole transaction was handled professionally and warmly. We are already looking to book for next year. Thanks again Judith and Derk for our wonderful stay at your lovely villa.

Hervorragendes Haus in idyllischer Lage!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Siga Siga sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man als Familie so braucht. Das Grundstück liegt in ruhiger Lage außerhalb der Ortschaften mit einem schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Finikounda. Der Housekeeper hat unsere Anliegen und Nachfragen rund ums Haus immer sofort bearbeitet! Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Lovely beautiful place

The house is the way „home“ should be. Everything is there, what you need and even more. You can feel completely comfortable. We were eight people and for that the house is perfect. A large kitchen, great terraces and everything works flawlessly. The housekeepers were always friendly and approachable. The communication with the owners is very good. We will be back ☺️

Great holiday at Siga Siga

My family and i had marvellous holidays at Villa Siga Siga : the house is so nice, calm, zen, thant it was a perfect place to relax after hours of windsurf at Finikounda beach. Big rooms, nice fans, confortable house, good wifi, and grezt communication with either Derk and Judith, and Patricia and Jurgen (the house and the pool was perfectly clean on arrival). Thanks a lot ! I recommand warmly

Siga Siga, wat een fantastische villa!

Wat een mooi huis, maar vooral wat is het goed georganiseerd. En aan alles is gedacht en alles is er, tot en met gastvrije ontvangst en een heerlijk welkomsbasket. We hebben al vele huizen ‘gedaan’, maar nog nooit hebben we het zo compleet en in orde aangetroffen. Absoluut een groot compliment waard. Het zwembadje hadden we vooraf gekscherend ‘de tobbe’ gedoopt, maar het is precies goed en een waardevolle aanvulling op het geheel. Tenslotte gaat het toch om af en toe lekker afkoelen. Ook de TV met o.m. Nederlandse zenders is best prettig, zodoende konden we ook nog onze Oranje-dames aan het werk zien. Verder heb je een prachtig uitzicht en is de ligging buitengewoon tussen schitterende stadjes als Pylos, Methoni en Koroni. Kortom een aanrader voor iedereen die echt zorgeloos weg wil.

Prachtig vakantiehuis in een rustige omgeving

Wij hebben in mei bijna 2 weken in dit prachtige huis mogen doorbrengen. Het huis is prachtig gelegen met uitzicht op heuvels en de zee, het was ook erg groen en er bloeien veel felgekleurde bloemen in deze tijd van het jaar. Van het zwembad en de buitendouche hebben we geregeld gebruik gemaakt. Verder is de tuin mooi aangelegd en zijn er veel plekken om te zitten, in de schaduw of in de zon. Het huis is heel compleet; 2 badkamers en overal horren en luiken voor de deuren/ramen. Erg fijn, want dit houdt het huis mugvrij en koel. Ook zijn de bedden zijn comfortabel. Het huis ligt wat afgelegen en het is er daardoor lekker rustig. Er zijn een aantal leuke stadjes op ongeveer een half uur rijden. Wat dichterbij zijn er een paar kleine dorpjes met leuke terrasjes en restaurantjes. Je kunt in de omgeving ook mooi wandelen.

Wonderful and relaxing stay!

Thank you Dirk and Judith! I stay in Villa Siga Siga for one week with my family in august 2016. We really enjoy our stay. The villa was fully equipped and we had a wonderful stay. My children (aged 4 and 7) enjoyed everything but most the pool. The villa is not far from the sea but I think it is better to have a car to stay there (we had it and it was perfect). There is a supermaket at 1 km and the nearest village is very nice and characteristic. From the villa you can drive also to all the wonderful beach and visit also the village around: Methoni, Finikounta, Koroni,... We are planning to come back again! See you soon! Nausicaa

Great and relaxing summer holidays

We had a perfect holiday with our family. We were 7 person which the house accommodated perfectly. Interior furniture was nice and clean. We especially liked the kitchen, with a great view of the ocean and the modern and high quality fittings. The pool was wonderful and the many different places to sit and lounge gave everybody always the opportunity to retreat and relax. The surroundings, like Finicounda and the many beautiful beaches (without the mass tourism) was for us a great delight. If you like to spend your holidays individually and enjoy a very authentic Greece, that's the place for you! The housekeeper was nearby and always very helpful and very friendly. This made our stay all-around perfect. We will come again.
