Beautiful Victorian town house with stunning ocean views next to Fistral beach

This bright airy home provides space for everyone and the opportunity to share fabulous sunsets over Fistral Beach.
Downstairs are two reception rooms; a lounge area for relaxing together and a comfortable study featuring a large day bed perfect for catching up on any holiday reading.
The large kitchen and dining room offer a four ring gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining area - this area is ideal for an evening get-together. There is a garden room adjacent to the study, this room provides wetsuit and surfboard storage and we provide a foam surfboard and two Cornish belly boards for your use). To the rear is a sunny west facing decked garden if you prefer to relax in the sun in the peace of your own garden, perfect for al fresco dining on a eight seater garden table.

On the first floor are a bathroom featuring a roll top bath, a separate shower and a further toilet with wash basin. You will find a twin bedroom to the front which enjoys beautiful morning light and double and super kingsize bedrooms with sea views facing the rear.

In the attic lounge you will find a 50 inch TV and and fabulous views across the golf course to Fistral beach and the horizon beyond.

The house has fibre broadband. Bedding and towels are included.

This our family home and we kindly ask all guests to remove sand and wetsuits etc in the back garden before entering and please no shoes in the house but other than that we hope you make yourself at home.
We do not allow any gatherings or parties, visitors are not permitted at any time.
