Outstanding 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House in gated executive development. The property consists of a large lounge dining area with double windows and Juliet balcony to uninterrupted views of Fistral beach and the surrounding coast. Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with views overlooking the beach, two additional double (or twin) bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with shower over, downstairs shower room, utility room with washer, dryer, additional fridge freezer and custom designed wetsuit drying/ dog grooming area. To the rear is a small garden. The property is in a gated development with allocated parking to the rear and additional parking to the front.
Situated in the quiet area of Pentire the beach is less than 5 minutes walk, town centre is 15 minutes walk and the property provides easy access to a local amenities . The property has full broadband internet access and three LED Internet connected TVs in the lounge dining room, main bedroom and downstairs bedroom.

Comfy, spacious, well equipped house overlooking fistral beach. Clean, well equipped, comfy & probably the best rental home we’ve stayed in. Welcome goodies including milk, fizz & dog treats (for the dog) a loveiy touch. Super location straight onto SW coastal path or down to the beach with a body board, the loveliest stay. Thank you

Fabulous house

Great house in every respect. Location super, well equipped, warm, comfortable and good parking facilities. We had good support from the owners when needed. Could not fault anything and would book again without a second thought. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Perfect in every way

Communication with the host was super easy, they were very responsive and pro active. The house is beautiful with added useful extras such as dog towels, most useful. Lovely and clean with comfortable beds. Located in a gorgeous position within easy walkable distance to Newquay. Easy parking too. I want to go back 😁

Perfect place

Clean and well equipped. Lovely views. Worked really well for teenagers and our little dog. Lovely beach and good access to Newquay and other places. Very sweet welcome pack. Great for the dog. We would definatley welcome a stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful house in a perfect location

What a lovely house. It is light, bright, clean and comfortable. Even the bed! The whole house is presented very nicely. Everything you need is there and some little extras were left for our arrival, including treats for the dogs. The view of Fistral beach is amazing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

What a find! Amazing house with beautiful sea views. So comfortable, everything is thought of. Good location , easy walk-in to Newquay or to the beach. Friendly and helpful contact with the owners. Amazing

This property has the most amazing view you will ever see, it’s spacious, has everything you could possibly wish for and has parking for 2 cars. We didn’t go in the car all week, just walked to the beach on into town.

A gorgeous view

Absolutely loved staying in this lovely house. I cooked and had everything I needed while looking at the sea. Crashing waves sounds going through bedroom window made me think of my home in Hawaii. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

Great location and brilliantly equipped

This a really great, practical property in a super location a stone’s throw from the quieter end of Fistral Beach. It worked particularly well with our dog, with a spare lead, dog towels and pet shower all provided. Everything had been thought of to make our stay comfortable. Thank you.

Hi, we are delighted to have purchased 6 Hatfield Crescent as a holiday home for family and friends and also as a Holiday Let. We live in Hampshire and have recently become grandparents so are looking forward to all that the surrounding area has to offer for all age groups. We have had dogs all our married life and include them in all we do so we very much want to do the same here and it seemed the ideal location with all the walks, restaurants and sporting activities right on the doorstep!

The house is already a very successful Holiday Let and the previous owner has been most helpful in linking this in with us. For adults and children alike there couldn't be a better location for a holiday by the sea. The house is roomy, modern and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The perfect location in our eyes with miles of headland, coastal paths and beaches within minutes of the front door. Lots of sporting facilities, bars and restaurants nearby and the harbour and shops are a 15 minute walk away. There are several surf schools and surf hire shops a short walk away and a golf course is directly opposite, with many more within a short drive. Newquay itself offers many, varied attractions including an Aquarium, Zoo, parks and numerous beaches. The property also allows easy access to all the coastal towns of North Cornwall.

We knew if we were going to by by the sea the view was absolutely essential - and what a view!!!

Multiple rooms in the property have direct views over Fistral beach allowing you to watch the waves role in and out and to take in the fabulous Newquay sunsets. We could sit and look out from the lounge for hours with a coffee or glass of wine in hand, it is truly spectacular.
