Old stone house in medieval circulade. Central location to the village on a quiet street. Thirty minutes from glorious beaches ( Valras Plage & Serignan ) and in the middle of a wonderful wine producing region ( St. Chinian, Faugeres ). Ideal for all outdoor activities inc. walking, cycling ( Tour de France comes through the village certain years ), canoeing on the river Orb, Golf etc. Twenty five minutes to the Haut Languedoc National Park. The house has a small enclosed and very private courtyard. Perfect to sit out on hot summer days.

Décevant

Maison au charme indéniable mais inconfortable et peu fonctionnelle dans ses espaces et ses équipements (toute petite douche, accès au lit double très étroit, poutre entre cuisine et salon dangereuse car très basse, cour intérieure exiguë (pour 2 personnes), pas d'accès wifi et pas de réseau téléphonique, très peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner ...). Les frais de nettoyage nous sont imposés et pourtant la maison n'était que d'une propreté très superficielle. Pas de devis à l'arrivée ni au départ (clef laissée dans boîte à lettres). La caution est due à la réservation, débitée de notre compte et restituée 10 jours après notre fin de séjour !!

Agréable séjour à Saint-Genies-de-Fontedis

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette agréable maison vigneronne. La région est très belle, avec ses vignes au bord de L'Orb. Les gens du village étaient accueillants. Nous recommandons cette location.
