Villa Lovina-beach 2, situated along the beautiful Lovina Beach, is a brand new luxurious villa with beach front for up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms.
Villa Lovina-beach 2 has an excellent staff with cook, housekeeping, gardening, security and a boatman for tours with the new private traditional boat. With the boat the guests can make tours and watch dolphins, do fishing or snorkelling. If you book for one week, you will get a 3 hour boat trip (dolphin watching, the must see in Lovina) for free. Two weeks, two boat trips etc. One or more drivers with cars or big bus and one or more masseuses are also available.

I am new here on Homeaway. Villa Lovina-beach 1, which is next to villa 2, exists already for 10 years. The rent out of this villa was always very succesful. That's why we build a second villa, but now with a modern design. If you prefer a more classical design, than check our advertisement of villa Lovina-beach 1. Both villas can be rented together for bigger groups, up to 20 persons.
I live in the Netherlands and manage the rent out. I will try to answer your questions as quick as I can. But sometimes, because of the time difference, it can take a little bit longer.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft
We had already Villa Lovina-beach 1. This villa exists already for 10 years and was one of the best rentals in North Bali. Because of improvement of the villa 1 (new bathrooms) we decided the replace the existing guesthouse for a brand new villa. We decided to go for a modern villa with a lot of glass. We split up the land and built villa 2 from september 2017 - march 2018. This villa is build with sustainable materials to keep it in good condition for a long time. The villa has a pond and a pool with a bale (resthouse) in between. The garden and rooms are decorated with beautiful wood carving and statues lightned in the evening.
The villa was already very beautiful on the drawing, but in real it is even better. We hope to meet you in villa 2, so you can judge yourself.
