Ocean Side Home on Private Beach

Private life guarded beach in family friendly community. The first floor of this home offers a deck off the front and back with plenty of room for seating. One bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds, another is a queen sized room and the third is a master king suite. There is also a separate laundry room with new washer, dryer and slop sink. A sitting room in the back includes a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV and DVD player. Each of the five bedrooms has access to a newly tiled bathroom. The second floor has a spacious master king suite and additional queen sized bedroom which also includes a twin loft bed. The large kitchen offers a sizable island with seating and granite counter tops throughout, plus new stainless steel appliances which open into a comfortable great room with 55" TV and DVD player. Two sliders open onto the top deck which provide great ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The ground floor includes an outdoor shower, a Rec room with sliders to the backyard and an elevator that allows access to all floors making this home handicap accessible. Perfect location, close to outlets, boardwalk, water parks, golf and restaurants. With more than enough room for everyone, make this your families vacation home for years to come!

We had a great time with our family. Ages 5 to 80. We were even able to rent a golf cart and take cruises into town all week. Private beach with easy dune to access and not crowded. House is new and clean and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Highly recommend for family time!

We’ve rented this property for several years now and we’ve never been disappointed! The location is great on a private beach with lifeguard. The house is well kept with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The third floor kitchen/family area is perfect to hang out and play games. The owners are outstanding! 12 of us stayed in this well equipped, comfortable house in Middlesex beach. It was our third year in this house. Lots of room to spread out or all be in the big kitchen area. We love the well guarded beach with a Sunday celebration of games and education.
