In Provence (VAR), nestled between extensive vineyards and many authentic ones
villages, you will find this true paradise. Here you can really enjoy Provencal life and
will you completely relax! And there is so much to see and discover ....!

Villa "Les Collines de la Celle" is a beautiful detached Provencal villa with a wonderfully large
private swimming pool (10x5 m; with alarm system) on a plot of more than 1300 m².

It is located in a quiet residential area with detached villas, just outside the center of the picturesque
village of La Celle. You have a fantastic unobstructed view of the hills of la Celle and le Roc du Candelon.
The green garden with olive trees, lavender, oleander bushes, etc. has various terraces and places
to enjoy the sun or the shade. Due to the free location there is a lot of privacy.

The villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 people (and possibly one or two babies / toddlers).

The price varies from € 850 in the low season to € 1,695 per week in the high season. Changeover day is basically Saturday, but we are fairly flexible.

CLASSIFICATION: Everything is located on the ground floor. Through the hall you enter the spacious living / dining room with exposed beams and double doors to the terrace and the south facing swimming pool. The living room has a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and the dining room area has a large dining table. There is a television with satellite reception (a. A. Dutch channels, French and other international channels), a DVD player and a Hi-Fi system. The villa has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer compartment), an electric stove with oven, a Senseo machine, a regular coffee maker, a sandwich maker / toaster and a kettle. In the utility room is present: a washing machine, a dryer, a combi microwave with grill, an ironing board and an iron.
There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a spacious double bed (180x200 cm) and a private bathroom (with bath / shower and sink). The 2 other bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x200cm). Furthermore, a second bathroom (with bath / shower and sink) and a separate toilet.
There is a large fireplace and heating d. m.v. electric radiators, making the villa also ideal for wintering. If desired for the (small) children: a folding cot, a high chair and outdoor toys. Garden / Terraces: attractive dining table / 6 chairs on the terrace by the swimming pool (facing South). On the side terrace (nice and cool on the East): a sturdy stone outdoor BBQ with a terrace with table and chairs. At the pool there are 6 sun beds and 2 large umbrellas. The house has ample parking on site for several cars.

THE AREA OF LA CELLE IN THE PROVENCE ALPS COTE D'AZUR (LA PROVENCE VERTE, COTE DE PROVENCE):

Villa "Les Collines de la Celle" is situated on a dead end in a quiet residential area with detached villas, just outside the center of the village of La Celle. It lies against the hill.
La Celle is a charming Provencal village with ao a boulangerie / patisserie (for the daily baguetje and croissant) and a 'Café du Midi' (where you can also have a nice lunch). All this is therefore within walking distance. An important place in the village is occupied by the historic "l'Abbeye de la Celle", a 12-century royal Benedictine abbey where today you can enjoy cooking arts led by Alain Ducasse, who has acquired a Michelin star and also has restaurants in London, Paris, Monaco and New York.

Ca. 2km from la Celle lies the larger town of Brignoles with all the facilities of a larger city; large shops, a Provencal market every Saturday, restaurants, etc.

PROVENCE and the VAR: Discover this beautiful part of green Provence; the VAR! Such peace and space and there is so much to experience. You can go hiking, cycling, swimming (various lakes and rivers), play golf (more than 10 golf courses in the region - the 18-hole Barbaroux is just 2 km away), canoeing (the 'Argens' river), wine chateaux visit, explore villages .... And if you want to go to the sea, that is also possible. You can drive to one of the many beaches in the Var in around 45 minutes. And you are in the fashionable Cote d'Azur in about 5 minutes. In the winter you can also search higher up for winter sports (approx. 1.5 hours' drive).

The rental prices quoted are:
Including: - Bed and bath linen (anti-allergic duvets) - Kitchen linen (hand and tea towels) - Gas, water and light in the period April to October. -if desired: cot, high chair for baby / toddler.
Exclusive: - Beach and beach towels for the swimming pool (please bring your own). - Final cleaning (100 euros). - Deposit (400 euros). This will be refunded to your account after the rental period and inspection. - Gas, water and electricity in the months November to March (25 euros per week to be paid in advance).
The private swimming pool: The swimming pool can be used from April to October. It is wonderfully free, facing South, directly behind the villa with beautiful views. The pool has an alarm system and there is no fence around it.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking in the house is not permitted.
Rental period: The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday (extra days on request) On the day of arrival you can visit the villa from 16:00. On the day of departure you must have left the villa by 10:00 at the latest.
Payment: -50% within 1 week after reservation (only then the reservation is final). -50% + other costs (deposit, final cleaning and possibly energy costs) must be transferred 6 weeks before departure).
Cancellation costs: If you - for whatever reason - want to cancel your booking, the costs are: - Up to 6 weeks before departure: 50% of the rent. - Within 6 weeks before departure: 100% of the rent. (The deposit and final cleaning costs will be refunded in that case) To avoid risks it is wise for you to take out cancellation insurance yourself.
