Welcome to our newly renovated wonderful holiday home, Villa Andres in Moraira with heated pool and within walking distance to the beach and town. If your looking for something special that stands out from the other Villa's you've found it. Andres is a unexpected, magical space very well located within the heart of Moraira. The Villa is within walking distance of all facilities and the nearest sandy beach.The nearest bar restaurant is only 150m away(Gastro Bar21). Of particular note is the superb privacy that Andres offers. You are not overlooked. A colourful, mature Mediterranean garden with lime and Olive trees sits within substantial fenced grounds with a year round maintained new 9x4m private pool with steps. We have recently added a pool heater* so you can swim all year round.

Andres is configured as two separate apartments each with fully equipped kitchen, lounge and TV area. You can see from the updated photographs that the Villa has had considerable updating both internally and externally .The ground floor has a single bedroom ensuite ,a twin ensuite (can take three one bed has pull out mattress) and one double bedroom ensuite.There is also a separate washroom in the main living area. All bedrooms have the same standard of furniture and decoration. The top floor is accessed by an external staircase and also has two doubles both with ensuite. The Villa is completely air conditioned in all rooms using ultra quiet Panasonic units.This would ideally suit two families or a large party. Wifi is available throughout the property. A large covered traditional outdoor kitchen with barbecue gas hob and sink allows you to enjoy eating outside. On site parking for 2-3 cars with external on road parking as well. We take your comfort seriously and have imported the superb top of the range Sealey mattresses with pillow top memory foam and bedding from Marks and Spencer,John Lewis and Zara.

Outside you will find a large flat terrace area with lots of parasols and sunbeds to relax next to the new pool and enjoy the dimmable architectural lighting in the evening or to chill out gazing at the stars.

The terrace has a 12 seater Oak table to enjoy El Fesco dining by the illuminated heated pool *.

The house has a portable Sonos 5 system(you need to operate using an App on your phone) and two Full HD large smart TV's with full satellite channels available in each apartment .

Please note that unfortunately we will not accept individuals or parties under the age of 25. This is a high quality Villa suited to families.

* Heating of the pool in winter is by request and carries an addition charge of €20 per day to cover electricity costs.
