Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was wonderful and had everything we needed for the week. We loved the wood burning fireplace and enjoyed a fire every evening. The mountain view from the deck was amazing and the location of the cabin was perfect. We especially enjoyed our visitors (bears) that stopped by 3 of the 6 days that we where there. I would definitely recommend this cabin and we will be back same time next year. We love Elk Springs Resort, they are very friendly and we love the discount they give to returning customers.

Enjoyed having coffee every morning on the porch watching the sun rise and having dinner watching the sun set. We were hoping to see a bear but no luck on that.Enjoyed the game room. Very quiet and relaxing and restaurants and shopping are near by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Bears, a groundhog and an earthquake

The kitchen is stocked with all the basics - microwave, coffee makers (drip and Keurig), plates, utensils and more. The main shower was super nice. The cabin was clean, and the keyless entry is a plus. We stayed three nights - three bears visited during our stay, and by visited, I mean they hung out on the deck and porch for lengthy periods. There’s a groundhog living somewhere close, and we saw it several times. An earthquake shook the cabin pretty roughly, but there was no damage. The covered porch is a real bonus, especially during a thunderstorm one evening. Theatre room was fun, with easy to follow instructions. So, lots of excitement in a really beautiful location.Customer service is great, with timely text and email communications.We’ll definitely go through Elk Springs again for our next trip.

We did see mama bear and her 3 cubs while sitting on the deck enjoying our morning coffee. They just walked up approximately 5 yards from us and then they moved on. The views from the back deck are amazing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice cabin but the pictures are outdated as there is no swing and it was cut up and thrown down the hill. The cabin was nice but filthy we spent the first day mopping the kitchen floor rug hasn’t been moved in quite some time and top of fridge hasn’t been touched in awhile. All tables had been wiped at some point but obviously with dirty rags as it was smeared . Master bedroom tv not functioning . Would be excellent cabin with serious cleaning and some attention to a few things that are broken also we experienced high winds and the gate latches don’t line up and spent half the night closing and trying to keep it from beating the cabin up. In my opinion the place would be absolutely stunning if it had the right caretakers in place not worthy of a premium price in the current state .

Highly recommend and very cute

We really enjoyed the hot tub and inside fireplace. We brought our own sheets, dry wood and food. Saw a bear that was on the edge of the deck one evening; too close for comfort. Bear signs are throughout the lodge. You have be prepared for the drive up the hill as it has two one lane switch backs. Just go slow up/down the hill. We also enjoyed the Christmas store, Elite Fitness, Tom & Earls back ally grille (don't get the BBQ - save that for one of the BBQ's places on 321). Might want to bring a blanket if your a warm sleeper or want to cuddle on the couch. One more thing bring your own dry wood. The wood that is there has a blue tarp but smokes and hard to burn.

Reviewer Comments: Me and wife booked this cabin for out honeymoon and despite the couple minor things such as coming in to some dirt on the floor we had to sweep ourselves and finding out the heated rack didint work overall it was nice. Amazing view of the mountains, hot tub very relaxing, fridge very nice to have with a store just down the road, and the pool table was a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend it just understand it's on a mountain so be very careful driving but all in all we had a blast.

Everything inside was cleaned except the floors were sticky. Didn't like the fact that there was bed bug spray under the sink. The swing had been chewed up by a bear. Did not feel comfortable there we left early.pictures are not up to date. Couldn't enjoy the outdoors. Pool table can't really play without hitting a wall or window or sliding door. Didn't do hot tub or movie room.
