Peynier is 15km south-east of Aix-en-Provence, 30 km from the sea (Cassis and its creeks; Marseille, its old port, its MUCEM and its good mother), 20km from Provence by Marcel Pagnol (Aubagne) and 10 km from the Sainte-Victoire mountain.

The House of 120 m2 is located in Les Michels in a very quiet hamlet on 1 plot of 1000m2 including swimming pool, pine forest and games for children: Trampoline / swing and slide. A large terrace with barbecue welcomes you for your meals. Large store renovated to shelter from the sun.

The House :
2 bathrooms, 1 in the master suite, one with shower and the other with a bath, 4 bedrooms and a large living room with living room and modern kitchen.
The rooms are made up of 1 bed in 180 for the parental suite, a sofa bed in 160 (with baby bed if necessary) in the second bedroom and 2 bedrooms with high beds at 1M and 1.5M.

Super maison, idéale pour une famille avec enfants, tout y est : jeux, piscine, balançoire, toboggan et trampoline. Très chouette région et ce qui ne gâche rien: hôtes très sympathiques.
