このホリデーアパートメントは改装され、家の1階にあります。カルボエイロの外、海岸沿いの静かな場所にあり、海のユニークな景色を眺めることができます。 ValeCentianesの砂浜まで徒歩わずか数分です。徒歩圏内にショップやレストランがあります。
70m²のアパートメントには、ダブルベッド（160 x 190cm）と子供用のシングルベッド（75 x 175cm）を備えたベッドルームが2室あります。広々としたリビングルームには、ソファと衛星テレビ付きのシッティングエリア、4名様用のダイニングルームがあります。キッチンにはコンロ、オーブン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ケトル、コーヒーメーカーが備わっています。アパートメントには、バスタブ付きのバスルーム、洗濯機、トイレがあります。エアコンと暖房が備わっています（追加料金が適用されます）。
アパートには専用の家具付きテラスがあります。バーベキューもあるので、夜はグリルできます。駐車スペースをご利用いただけます。
1週間後、清掃サービスがあり、タオルとベッドリネンが交換されます。
ValeCentianesの小さいながらも絶妙な砂浜まで徒歩約+/- 5分です。細長い石の階段がビーチへと続いており、ビーチも整備されています。 100メートル以内にレストラン、スーパーマーケット、パン屋があります。

Mooie ligging!

Prima, maar wij suggereren wel wat onderhoud te doen: lampje koelkast, lekkende kranen in keuken en douche, voorpui niet afsluitbaar, achterpui erg stroef.

Lovely apartment close to the beach

We spent two nice weeks at this nice apartment close to the Vale de Centianes beach, which seems to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and was only a five minutes walk away. The contact with the landlords Daniel and Julia was very friendly and they were always helpful with any problem that might occur. We found the premise clean and Daniel and Julia even cleaned it again after the first week of our stay, which we didn't expect and really appreciated. The apartment is well equipped and offers nice terraces behind and in front of the house so you can catch the sun in the morning as well as in the evenings. Although the neighbouring terraces are right next door we were lucky as most of the time the other apartments around were obviously not inhabited at that time. One could, however, hear quite clearly what was going on in the apartment above ours. The pool we were offered to use was a few hundred metres away and we preferred the beaches. As we were in Portugal during the World Cup we were happy to hear that there is German and international satellite TV in the apartment, although the restaurants and bars nearby also offered screens to watch the games. There is a small supermarket in the village, too, als well as another bar on the beach. The only thing which was a little bit disappointing was the Wifi system, which was quite weak and therefore available more or less only in the living room. Sometimes it didn't work at all. But that was definitely a minor problem. We would recommend this apartment to any couple who are looking for a good value place to spend their holidays at the lovely Algarve/Carvoeiro region and thank Daniel and Julia for their hospitality. Great Place

We are a family of four and had a great time there. The place is well located to many attractions. The area is very quiet and calm. It is just a few minutes walk to a beach and short drives to many others. Also a short walk to restaurants & bars. Really convenient. Having my own parking space was great as well, especially coming back late in the evenings. Thanks Daniel.

Beautiful Apartment!!

Wow what a stunning apartment in a beautiful part of Portugal. This is actually my third time staying here and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Carvoeiro It has excellent facilities, over looks the golf course which gives the location a tranquil feel and close enough to the town to make the most of the nightlife.  Great apartment for an extra special holiday.

Great apartment

The apartment is just wonderful. It is really spacious, cozy, elegant, fully furnished, comfortable....just perfect!!!! The location is amazing as well, right next to a supermarket and only 2 minutes drive to the centre of Carvoeiro. The facilities in the premises are also great. We had a great time and highly recommend it!!!!

Great location, fab apartment, lovely beach

What a fantastic holiday! This apartment was clean, sheek, modern and was situated in a great location central to the beach, shops and nightlife. The balcony has views of the ocean. It makes a pleasent area to relax by. This is a peaceful location, nice and quiet at night yet close enough to nice bars and resturants. We also enjoyed the 2 weeks we spent at the apartment as the modern kitchen was well equipt for us to self cater. It felt nice and homely and even had a DVD player to watch a film. Overall I thought the apartment and facilities were excellent. I would definatly reccomend staying here and I am planning tonreturn next year.

Very friendly and generous owners.

The booking process was straightforward and efficient. The apartment was clean and well-maintaned. It was nice having the terrace for al fresco dining, and the pool very close. The nearest beach was also 10 minute walk away. Local shop and a few quiet bars within walking distance. There were some disturbed nights' sleep however, due to dogs barking nearby. Overall very good.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location

we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, the whole experience was effortless relaxation, which is what you want when you on holiday! the apartment is top notch, and includes everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. the cleaning and handover team are very helpful, and the owners are really lovely. there simply was nothing negative at all! the surrounding bars, beaches, old town etc are just where the owners said they are, we would recommend a day in the old town, and go there on the tourist train, its great for the kids! we can't wait to go back!

Lovely apartment, great location

We really enjoyed our stay in your apartment. The location was perfect as it was just 3 minutes to walk to the beach or to the pool. The Carvoeiro Town was also just a 3 minutes by car. The apartment is located in Vale Centianes Beach, which is a lovely, quiet residential area and touristic. There are two excellent supermarkets very close by, as well as of shops. We really enjoyed the variety of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes from the apartment. As we explored the area we found some lovely restaurants with excellent food and friendly service. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. I enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings when the sun shone there. The apartment would be ideal for a family as everything was provided. We highly recommend this apartment for enjoying the area in and around Carvoeiro.

Will come back

Rented for 7 nights during the first week of June 2011. The views are just as amazing as the photos suggest. The apartment is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen might be small but has everything you would need. Literally walk out of the building and down the steps to a gorgeous beach. Other beaches are easily accessible. An easy walk into the centre of Carvoeiro. The terrace was also beautiful. Owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

TOP-Haus !! Absolut empfehlenswert !!

Toller Familienurlaub Dieses Haus bietet allen Komfort, es ist perfekt und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Pool lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Der Garten ist inzwischen noch viel schöner, weil bewachsener, als auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Das Grundstück liegt sehr abseits und bietet absolute Ruhe und Privacy. Einzigartig die Dachterrasse mit Meeres. Daniel und Julia sind ein perfektes Team, herzlicher kann man nicht betreut werden ! Für dieses Haus kann man nur 5 Sterne geben !!
