The location is incredible. In a very safe and beautiful suburb. We have uninterrupted views of false bay and table mountain and can watch whales, dolphins and seals from the balcony. You are wi the in walking distance of the beach and many fabulous local restaurants. The winelands of Stellenbosch are 20 minutes away.

Incredible views. 90 sqm hardwood deck with sun loungers and table and chaired for outdoor dining. Super modern interior with marble shower room, Bosch fitted kitchenette, super king bed and floor to ceiling windows to capture the incredible view.
