Great apartment

Our stay was really great. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything needed for a nice holiday. Air con was modern and worked great. The outdoor space is really good with cover from the sun and super access to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is brilliant and the gardens are well kept with a nice relaxed atmosphere in the area. We had a really great time and would return to this property.

Lovely apartment in beautiful El Campello

Lovely property. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Tram just outside the apartment with easy, cheap access into the centre of El Campello and Alicante. You can also use it for the supermarket as Aldi is a bit of a stretch in the August sun, even if you go early or late. My only negative was we were not told the apartment number. We arrived at around 3am with an address for the complex, but not the apartment number. We did have the phone number for the person running the property and she gave us the number straightaway but if she had been asleep, we would have spent the night sleeping rough so just make sure you get this before you arrive, especially if you have late flight! Overall, a lovely property in a quiet residential area with El Campello and it's beautiful marina, beach and many restaurants and bars a 10-15 min walk away. We would definitely go back!

Alojamiento muy cómodo y bonito.

Estuvimos 10 días 4 adultos y un niño pequeño. La casa tiene todas las comodidades y nos pareció un lujo poder acceder a una de las piscinas solo abriendo la puerta. A pesar de eso el ambiente durante todo el día suele ser bastante tranquilo y silencioso. En cuanto a la ubicación, es una urbanización a unos minutos en coche de la población, y solo hay una farmacia, una panadería y un bar a escasos 200 metros. Nada más. Ideal si buscas paz y desconectar pero hay que tener en cuenta que dependes del transporte público o el coche para todo lo demás. Como consejo, aunque la parada del cercanías está literalmente frente a la puerta de la urbanización, hay un parking muy muy barato, (al menos en agosto de 2022), al lado de la playa de Campello con muchísima rotación para aparcar a cualquier hora, así que al final es mucho más cómodo y barato moverse en el coche incluso para ir a la playa.

Bungalow muy bonito y completó , tenía de todo y el aire acondicionado funcionaba todo. En una urbanización muy cerca de la playa y con la piscina comunitaria en la misma puerta. Estaba muy limpio y olía muy bien . Al llegar el propietario nos dejó una botella de vino ,todo un detalle. La única queja que tengo es por la página vrbo e tenido problemas con el pago y no he visto ninguna forma de contacto con la página

A medias...

Tengo que reconocer que el apartamento es muy acogedor, equipado, limpio, la cocina completísima, patio agradable, piscina comunitaria estupenda, la atención de Franklin intachable..., ¡pero!, un fallo imperdonable en estas fechas: de tres aparatos de aire acondicionado que tiene (y que se ofertan como característica del alojamiento), sólo funciona uno, y además, donde menos falta hace. El del salón-planta baja, donde más horas se pasan (comida, estar, televisión...) no funciona, y el de la segunda planta, donde hay tres camas individuales, tampoco, por lo que es horroroso intentar dormir allí después de haberle pegado el sol todo el santo día sin poder haber refrescado la estancia. La alternativa ofrecida por la propiedad (lo que reconoce implicitamente la deficiencia del aire acondicionado) han sido dos ventiladores de pie, a todas luces insuficientes para refrescar el ambiente, pues solo movían aire caliente. He avisado al dueño, que reconoce la necesidad de repararlo, pero no ha hecho lo posible para que los técnicos lo reparasen. Al menos mientras nosotros hemos estado allí. Me gustaría poder ponerle las cinco estrellas. Además, reconozco que el apartamento se las merece. Pero no puedo hacerlo si en pleno mes de agosto no se tiene en cuenta y se cuida la reparación y mantenimiento del aire acondicionado, de un elemento que se ofrece como característica de mejora del apartamento, y que, por supuesto, iba incluido en el precio. Very nice stay for both relax and activities

We had a very pleasent stay here in El Campello. The house is nice furniced and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice to cook when you have vegetarians with you in spain ;-) The house feels like home, a real living place. On the boulevard there are a lot of Spanish or Italian restaurants with classic style food. Our rental car could be parked under a sunshield at the front of the house. Nice start when going out for day-trips. El Campello is 5 minutes drive away for supermarket or 20 minutes walk to the boulevard and beach. The house is part of a condominium with common swimming pool(s). The living room has a porch to the common garden with pool. The porch has a (breakfast) table and has a manual sun shield. Most of the time we lived here in the shadow and dive in the pool, perfect! The first floor has two sleeping rooms with double beds, one with airco, the other a ceiling fan and a bathroom. The second floor had two single beds and a, unfortunatly not working, airco. We definitely should visit it again!
