La proximité en voiture de tout, la propreté irréprochable,la disponibilité de l’agence. Entretenir le jardin car il ya plus de vis à vis, mettre une poignée à la porte d’entrée car sans clef pas accessible quand on va à la piscine. Il faut soit quelqu’un à la maison soit il faut se balader avec la clef. Flexibilité des horaires pour la remise de clef ou code
