House with garden and porch 100 meters from the sea, free and equipped beach

Just 100 meters from the splendid bay of Porto Frailis (Arbatax) on the eastern coast of Sardinia, surrounded by greenery you will find the beautiful "NiuMiu" holiday homes, just 1 minute from the sea. The beach is partly free and partly equipped, fine sand, shallow and crystal clear water are the elements that unite it with the many other beaches nearby.
All NiuMiu homes are in a strategic position with ample parking available in front of the house. The proximity to the sea is extremely convenient in many aspects, especially if you have children: not having to use the car, not having to rent umbrellas and deckchairs (you can bring them from home) contribute to cost savings, being able to return at home at any time independently, they are conveniences that contribute positively to spending relaxing holidays.
The NiuMiu houses all have the same dimensions, with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds (which can also be used as an additional double bed) and a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. In the living room/kitchen there is also a sofa bed for two additional places. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the porch where there is a table equipped for eating outside.
The green lawn in front of the houses are spaces that can be used especially by children. Upon returning from the sea you can take a refreshing shower in the shade of a beautiful olive tree or a beautiful carob tree, you can rest on the porch and perhaps decide to visit the various restaurants nearby. You will be able to enjoy a nice plate of culurgiones (hand-sealed ravioli stuffed with cheese and potatoes...) or a nice roast suckling pig or typical lamb, or sheep in coat, all accompanied by a Cannonau wine produced in the nearby cellars. If, however, you decide to eat fish, there are many offers and all not far away.
In complete tranquility you can decide to visit one of the many nearby villages where village festivals/festivals take place every day, you can discover the art, culture, traditions and hospitality of the Sardinians and savor the many typical products that are offered.
The rent includes the consumption of water, gas and energy/electricity (energy consumption exceeding 5 kW per day, due to the use of air conditioning, will cost €0.50 per kW). Upon arrival and departure, the meter will be read together with the customer to collect the data.
The first set of bed linen is included in the price of the stay.
Upon prior request, it is possible to rent/change: sheets and pillowcases at a cost of €10.00 per person; set of towels (shower/face/bidet) €10.00 per person.
Starting from 07/19/2023, the Municipality of Tortolì requires individuals who stay overnight in accommodation facilities in the area to pay the tourist tax for a total of €1.50 per person (excluding exempt) per day, up to a maximum of 6 nights. In the case of stays lasting more than 6 nights, the tax remains due for the first 6 nights. The total must be paid at the same time as the payment for the stay.
