Beautiful Villa with Ocean & Mountain views 3 Beds 2 Bath High Speed WiFi

This very special spacious villa with mountain & sea views in the very pretty village of Chayofa.
The villa is set amongst lush palm trees and boasts a very tranquil setting in a quiet residential village in the south of the Tenerife.

It has been said that Chayofa is one of the nicest places to stay on the island here in the south and, we feel that you will not be disappointed.

The airport Reina Sofa is just a 15 minute drive from the villa.

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms have been recently modernised as has the rest of the villa.

Bedroom 1.
Two Single sized beds.
There are bedside drawers, bedside lamps & fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2.
Two Single beds.
There are bedside drawers, bedside lamps & a free standing wardrobe.

Bedroom 3.
Two single beds.
There are drawers, bedside lamps & a free standing wardrobe.

Bathroom 1.
Has a walk in shower, wash hand basin, toilet & bidet.

Bathroom 2.
Has a bath with an over head shower, a wash hand basin & toilet.

All linen & towels are provided. A Hairdryer is also provided in each bathroom.

The utility room has a washing machine, a freezer & plenty of space to store your empty suit cases.

The living area comprises of an open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances you need including a dish-washer, electric oven, gas hob ,microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.

The dining room seats up to six guests, there is also a children's high chair.
Both dining & lounge areas lead out onto the lovely well kept garden with Ocean & Mountain views.
The garden has a beautiful gazebo where you may enjoy Al Fresco dining.

In the garden we have a spa jacuzzi with massage jets for you to relax in by day & night.

There is also an outside Garden Shower for you to freshen up.
Beach towels are provided.

There are sun loungers for all of our guests & parasols should you require shade There is also a shaded seating area on the veranda.

The Villa comes with Free High Speed Fibre Optic Wi-fi, a television which Includes English, European & Children's Channels.

In the village of Chayofa you will find a mini supermarket which has freshly baked bread daily & all the other little necessities you may need.

A five minute walk from the villa you will find a few quaint restaurant's one of which is La Tasca. This restaurant is typical Canarian Cuisine and Tapas with a lovely Ambience for inside & outside dining along with soft music & lights.

Also in the village is the bar The Tree House. This also offers a full menu along with inside & outside dining.

Just a five minute walk from the villa is The Country Club. On the country club grounds there is a gymnasium & also a tennis club for anyone wishing to play Paddel or tennis & it host a bar for light refreshments.

Further up from Chayofa is a five minute car journey to The Jungle Park. Here you will find some of the islands exotic animals & spectacular shows of birds of prey.


A short ten minute journey is the famous water park named Siam Park, said to be the best in Europe.

The area around Chayofa is great for people who love to Hike or Walk as we have some wonderful Terrains to climb or you may like to take a gentle stroll through the pretty village of Chayofa.

Not far from from the villa are riding stables for those of you who are Equestrian minded.

There are fabulous boat trips to see the Pilot Whales & Dolphins & this really does come highly recommended.

For those of you that enjoy shopping, Siam Mall is just a short journey away. Here you will find the likes of Zara, Mango, H&M, Guess, Pull & Bear, Pandora & many other Spanish Clothing outlets.
There are also eateries in the shopping Mall for your refreshments.

The Old Town of Los Cristianos is a five minute drive away, there you will find its wonderful beaches. There are plenty of restaurants & bars should require more lively entertainment.
Playa De Las Americas is just next door to Los Cristianos where you will find the Safari Centre (Golden Mile) popular for its Nuevo Cuisine & Spectacular Water Fountains Lit Up at night.

There is something for everyone to enjoy here in Tenerife.
