Single, air-conditioned villa consisting of living room-kitchen with exceptional sea view equipped with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and bathroom, veranda, and a large personal garden, reserved parking space.
The verandas overlook one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy dominated by the remains of the sixteenth-century Vigliena tower, and on the "flat rock" a natural platform for those who prefer rocks. A few meters away are the "canalotti", a series of natural coves, full of traces of the Greco-Roman era, the Randello beach, and the village of Punta Secca where the house and beach of the famous Commissioner Montalbano is located.

Amazing callas of vigliena by the sea

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful villa by the sea. We enjoyed our meals on the nice terrace with a sea view and outstanding sunsets. Walking distance to the beach. carmelo is a wonderful host who provided us with great recommendations on restaurants in the area. We would not hesitate to come back to this wonderful property

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, ein wunderschöner Garten rund ums Haus, sehr schöner Meerblick, die Aussendusche sehr praktisch. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten Gehweg durch den Campingplatz erreichbar, wunderschöner Sandstrand!

Calme et reposant

Village fermé et tranquille. Situation proche de différentes plages de sables fins et peu fréquentées (entre 5 et 15 minutes en voiture) Plage et terrains de camping à proximité avec accès plage ( 3 min à pied) et peu bruyant. Maison bien agencée avec terrasse ombragée et vue sur mer. Équipement pourrait être amélioré. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Fantastic service

I must say that the service where fantastic. Outstanding persons and helpful when we had some requests. They where prompt and always with a smile. Thank you for that Carmelo and Rosa. The house and the garden where amazing. We really liked it. The location of the small village is a bit remote. But with a car you can really get to places and explore as we did, so a car is a must. Some misunderstanding with the personal at the camping regarding the pool. But that was arranged and sorted out quickly by Camelo and Rosa. Thank you for the 3 weeks. Best regards Rui Lopes

Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig

Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt in einer umzäunten Anlage, das gibt Sicherheit. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und sehr kinderfreundlich! Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Hausdame Rosa war jederzeit zu erreichen ,außerordentlich bemüht und zuvorkommend! Sie gab uns Tipps für Ausflüge. Zu meinem Sohn war sofort beiderseits große Sympathie vorhanden, die auch bei Sprachbarrieren zelebriert wurde! Sie ist die gute Fee!!!💫 Vielen Dank für alles 👌🙏

Echt entspannt!

Wir (Eltern mit zwei Jungs und Hund) waren in den Osterferien fast völlig allein dort und konnten total entspannen. Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und das Gefühl von Sicherheit. Carmello (Vermittler) und Maria (Hauspflegerin) waren überaus freundlich! Es gab sogar ein Osterfrühstück vom Bäcker. :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Jugendlichen in den Herbstferien dort. Jeden Morgen konnten wir bei Sonne und Meeresrauschen unser Frühstück genießen. Preis/ Leistung passen.Alles erforderliche war vorhanden. Die Lage 4 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, mit Blick auf das Meer hat uns gut gefallen. Der Vermieter Carmelo war sehr freundlich und die liebe Sig. Rosa hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Check in und Check out wurde unseren Bedürfnissen entsprechend gelegt. Alles in allem war es eine schöne Zeit im Haus!

Conoscevamo già il luogo e abbiamo affittato la casa per godere dieci giorni di mare stupendo; siamo siciliani anche noi e sappiamo che il mare in questa zona del ragusano è davvero magnifico; la casa è stata perfetta in tutto, isolata e senza la confusione del vicino campeggio, dotata di tutti i confort possibili, il mare davanti alla vista con il suo caratteristico rumore; la spiaggia raggiungibile attraverso un sentiero suggestivo; i proprietari gentilissimi, davvero ospitali e disponibili; insomma tutto ciò che desideravamo; l'unica "pecca" se cosi si può dire, la mancanza del wifi il cui segnale non arrivava probabilmente nell'ultima villetta ad angolo. ma solo un piccolo dettaglio. Per il resto, consigliatissima.

Soggiorno meraviglioso!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle villette di Cala Vigliena del Sig. Carmelo Ottaviano dal 10 al 17 settembre di quest'anno ed il soggiorno è stato a dir poco stupendo! La casa è bellissima e fornita di tutto (non manca proprio nulla!), a due passi da una spiaggia meravigliosa di sabbia dorata, con un mare cristallino! I proprietari sono persone deliziose e che dire della simpaticissima ed efficientissima Signora Rosa! I dintorni sono molto belli e le località vicine si raggiungono molto facilmente. Die nette Doppelhaushälfte welche durch eine Mauer von der zweiten Hälfte getrennt ist, liegt in einem umzäunten Areal. Sie verfügt über alles was man zu einer Selbstversorgung benötigt und ist mehr als funktional eingerichtet. (Waschmaschine, Backofen, Gasherd, Geschirr und Kochgeschirr, Fernseher (wer diesen benötigt), Klima, Esstisch, Außenbestuhlung, Grill,...) Die schöne Terrasse mit großem Garten mit der außenliegenden zusätzlichen Dusche sowie Liegen und Sonnenstühle runden das Objekt ab. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Objekt geparkt werden. Vom Sandstrand, Felsstrand bis zum Naturstrand ist alles entweder direkt angrenzend oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist daher vom Baden, Schnorcheln, Angeln oder auch nur einem Besuch der fußläufig erreichbaren Bars alles geboten. Auch als Mountainbiker kamen wir auf unseren Touren nicht zu kurz. Im kleinen Ortskern gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bars, Pizzeria und auch einen Haushaltswarenladen. Wer zum Frühstück nicht dorthin will, kann auch auf den Semmellieferanten warten, der jeden Tag gegen 09:30 Uhr kam (auch der Fischwagen kam jeden Vormittag vorbei). Rosa, die gute Seele als rechte Hand des Vermieters ist top und sie als auch der Vermieter standen stets mit guten Tipps und Hilfe bereit. Zusammengefasst war es ein toller Urlaub der genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprach!!!! Jederzeit wieder!!!!

IDEALE PER IL RELAX

Siamo stati molto bene. L'appartamento è molto carino, recentemente ristrutturato e arredato. Vista meravigliosa. Sul nostro terrazzo /giardino abbiamo avuto modo di godere di tramonti pittoreschi. Nonostante la vicinanza di un campeggio(con un comodo supermercato ), c'è un silenzio ed una pace che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Il mare, sia di scogli, che di sabbia, è raggiungibile a piedi anche se, a pochissimi minuti di macchina, ci sono spiagge bellissime e molto meno affollate. Carmelo, il proprietario, è disponibile e gentilissimo. Non vogliamo dimenticare la squisita efficienza della signora Rosa che è stata sempre pronta ad intervenire e risolvere qualsiasi nostra piccola esigenza. Non escludiamo di tornarci l'anno prossimo! Bella posizione ,mare fantastico!

Le villette di Carmelo sono davvero carine,si trovano vicino ad una bella scogliera in una zona appartata del complesso turistico , godono di un panorama fantastico ,vicini ad un mare davvero speciale ,e a pochi minuti di automobile dallo spiaggione di Randello area protetta!! Carmelo è una persona disponibile che ha provveduto alle nostre necessità con puntualità !
