Stunning Andalusian beachside location with private pool and garden
A very pretty villa with sea views in Bahia Dorada, one of the most popular areas demanded for its tranquillity and fantastic views of the sea and the coast of Estepona. It has been totally refurbished to a tasteful mixture of Andaluz and modern.
This house is fully air-conditioned and spread over two levels. It has three bedrooms with direct access to the garden and two bathrooms. It has a large kitchen diner which is well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The washing machine and dryer are in the utility area. The lounge opens up to an extremely large south facing terrace which makes it ideal for dining “al fresco” with views to the sea and communal gardens. The lounge is equipped with wood burner to relive the chill in the cooler winter evenings.
The property has a walled private garden and patio all around the house with large Australian barbecue and private swimming pool that gives a lot of privacy. There are ample dining tables and chairs and sunbeds are provided. The urbanisation has an additional 6 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurant and lots of parking. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk away. The property is situated near the car parking and therefore close to the road.
The supermarkets are less than 5 minutes drive. Estepona is a lively yet peaceful Spanish seaside town, close enough to all the "hussle and bussle" on the rest of the Costa del Sol. The lively Puerto de la Duquesa is less than a 10 minute drive as is Puerto de Estepona.
Although there is a bus stop right outside the urbanisation taking you to Estepona or La Linea, a car is recommended for sightseeing.
Sleeps 8, ideal for large group or 2 families holidaying together. Close to many first class golf courses including Valderrama, Duquesa, San Roque, Sotogrande, Alcaidesa and Finca Cortesin to name a few.
Short car journey to Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella and Gibraltar for excellent restaurants and shopping. For the younger guests there are many interesting things to do such as, Castellar Zoo, Water parks, Paintball, Selwo Zoo, Karting, Horse riding, Roman Baths and Gorge walking. Shuttle service/Airport transfers can also be arranged
