Why Tamara Stevens chose Paso Robles
The Vineyard Dome House is for those who believe design and architecture enhance life. The Dome is both extremely comfortable as well as exceptionally interesting. The main living area has massive vaulted ceiling with skylights and huge windows. There is much to experience both inside and gazing out at the incredible views. There are numerous sitting areas with art books and artifacts. The kitchen is furnished with both vintage and modern high quality cookware as well as kitchen tools including both stainless steel and carbon steel knives. The linens are a mix of John Robshaw and Matteo. The furnishings are mostly mid-century.

Beautiful space. Fun and whimsical things around the house. Easel, retro telescope, pizza stone, etc. Already planning next year :)
Great views and character
This place is private with great views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. House layout is functional with a spacious living area, great place to relax with friends and family.
Trust the reviews! This place rocks!!
The other reviews sums up this property. The home is funky in an awesome way, conveniently located, and the views are priceless. Our group of 8 was comfortable and everyone loved the stay.
The only thing that the reviews didn't mention is: I would not recommend this home for groups with very young kids. There are a lot of art and artifacts all around the house. Thank goodness we didn't have our little toddler with us on this trip!
One of a Kind Home for 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog
We enjoyed our visit and staying in this unique home
• Views are stunning
• Seemingly isolated location, while actually being just 2 minutes from Chronic Cellars and only about 5 minutes to 7-Eleven
• Interesting and amusing décor
• Unique architecture and design
• Green egg smoker and a pizza oven
• Great communication with owner (by text).
If you plan to cook, you can ask Tamara in advance whether the house has any particular supplies so that you don’t have to bring everything yourself.
Some of the nearby wineries in the area that we liked were Carmody McKnight, Alta Colina and Chronic Cellars. Justin and DAOU are the fancier ones that get lots of hype but they seem more like Napa than Paso.
Thank you for your kind review. We hope you enjoyed your stay! It was a pleasure having you!
memorable property and an amazing stay
Definitely the most memorable vacation rental I've ever experienced. This house was incredible and perfectly equipped/furnished. What a trip!
We are so thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our geodesic dome house! It was a pleasure having you. We hope to see you again on your next visit to Paso Robles!
Wanted to stay for weeks...
We loved this spot. We only had one night booked and had time permitted we would have stayed for a week.
Plenty of space, amazing view and the jacuzzi was hot when when checked in- which was perfect after a long drive.
The Dome is furnished with all original art, mid century furniture, antiques. It is as much a museum as a home. Located in the heart of wine country and overlooks a private valley of vineyards all the while being just 5 miles from the very center of Paso Robles where many great restaurants, wine tasting rooms, antique stores and movie theatre can be found. Drive the back roads through the oak trees to discover hidden vineyards and and incredible views. There is a hot spring ten miles away. People come from around the world to cycle threw the countryside. The ocean is only half and hour away.
