Centenario, amplias terrazas y vistas.
Beautiful and bright 60m2 exterior apartment on the 7th floor with capacity for 4 people in a famous building known as “La casa del Águila”, fully equipped with views of the river and Araba Park. It has large terraces on each side, one with wonderful views of the Urumea River and the other to a large courtyard. The apartment has great views of the Urumea River The building has an elevator.
It has air conditioning.
We are a prestigious tourist apartment rental management company in San Sebastián with years of experience, managing numerous apartments. In our company, two of the things that we value most and give great importance to are:
- We value and give great importance to the CLEANLINESS OF THE APARTMENTS. To do this, we have a professional cleaning company. This uses top quality products. All our bed linen and towels are washed in industrial laundries at more than 60º of temperature to guarantee 100% hygiene.

The apartment consists of:
- Exterior living room with access to one of the terraces. - Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with access to the terrace. - Exterior master bedroom with access to the terrace with two single beds (possibility of setting up double bed linen), and full en-suite bathroom with shower. - Exterior bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace. - Full bathroom with shower. - Washing machine. - Dishwasher. - Refrigerator. - Oven. - Ceramic hob. - Small household appliance (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, hair dryer, iron, etc.) - Sheets, towels, complimentary shampoo and gel, toilet paper). - WIFI - TV - Individual heating - Air conditioning. - Intercom. - Disabled access in the entrance hall.
The apartment is located in the centre, 10 minutes walk from La Concha beach, next to Araba park. Due to its excellent location, you can walk to any strategic and interesting point in the city: Shopping center, Parte Veja, (known for its famous gastronomy of both pintxos and restaurants), theaters, museums, port, beaches, river, gardens, parks, etc.
Next to the apartment is the Euskotren Amara station, with a taxi rank, from which you can go to both Bilbao and France and ten minutes walk away, the Estación del Norte, as well as the new Atotxa bus terminal. It is not necessary to use a car to move around the city. The area is surrounded by all kinds of shops, food, fashion, etc. Area very well connected with all types of transport. Free Wifi
We collaborate with a specialized company (concierge service) in tailor-made tours of the Basque Country. We have a taxi service.

We used this comfortable, conveniently located apartment as our base for exploring San Sebastian. The beach, buses, and trains are within easy walking distance.
We were delighted with the property's managers. They were very easy to communicate with and took great care to ensure the property was well-maintained.

Great place; close to everything but parking is an additional huge expense- 100EUR for 4 nights - no negotiation on the part of owners - staying in Bilbao and owner negotiated 5 nights for 50EUR - staff tried to be helpful but somewhat lacking in assisting lost and confused travellers

When you asked us about parking, we explained, that we have an agreement with a nearby public car park with better rates for our customers. The apartment does not have a garage.
You have paid €96 for 4 days. The normal price of parking for 4 days is €108. They are parking fees, we cannot negotiate because the garage is not ours and it does not allow negotiating. It is a public parking. The rates for all public car parks in the center of San Sebastian are the same.
And you accepted it. You could have said no and parked on the street, which you also have to pay for.
we gave you a solution to the problem of parking in the center of San Sebastián
I don't know the Bilbao parking system. It's probably from the apartment.

Quiet, yet so close!
With lots of room to spread out, and two of everything, including bedrooms, baths, and balconies, we were very pleased with our week In San Sebastian. Steps from the Euskotren, we could go anywhere we wanted along the coast, and that is how we went to Bilbao when our week was up.
All the amenities were in this apartment, and David/Jose were very helpful in showing us places to see and enjoy when we first arrived.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with two walk out terraces (that we never got to use because of rain). Juan was proactive. One added plus is that he met us at the apartment when we arrived and provided a map, suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants and other local information. This got us going quickly in the right direction. We were able to walk everywhere in San Sebastián from the apartment.
Our overall rating is excellent! Quiet neighborhood, few blocks away from shops and restaurants. Near the train and bus stations. Clean, modern, washer and dishwasher. Comfy beds and super clean bathrooms. AC and a fabulous breeze if you open the windows. It’s located on the 7th floor so it’s very private and secure. Has an elevator. If we travel back to San Sebastián, we will definitely stay here again.

Loved having 2 balconies depending on sun and heat. Great view from the front. Only suggestion would be to have a couple of kitchen necessities included like coffee and salt/pepper and paper towels. Had to buy everything we needed.

The apartment is spacious with outdoor areas at front and rear, comfortable and very central, within easy walking for shopping, restaurants, buses and trains. Parking is expensive (25 euros overnight) but a car is not necessary since the transport system for day trips to Bilbao, Hendaye, etc is excellent. Very little noise from the street as the apartment is on the 7th. floor (With elevator)
