DESCRIPCIÓN

Buceos, sol y un bronceado de envidia son nuestra propuesta para los doce meses del año, en este amplio y acogedor apartamento, situado muy cerca del centro de la ciudad de Funchal.

La luz natural y la gran terraza hacen las delicias de los huéspedes en los momentos de buena disposición con amigos o familia!

Este magnífico duplex se encuentra en el sexto y último piso de un edificio tranquilo y soleado. Su espacio exterior invita a los baños de sol ya las inmersiones en la piscina, situada en los jardines del condominio.

Con dos alojamientos, ambos espaciosos con cama de matrimonio, este apartamento acomoda hasta siete personas y está equipado con todo lo que necesita.

No se olvide de "usar y abusar" del fantástico balcón, por la mañana por la noche!

EL BAIRRO Y LAS REDONDEZAS
Situado en una de las zonas más prestigiosas de Funchal, este apartamento está cerca de supermercados, farmacias, tiendas, bares, salas de espectáculos y el Casino de Madeira.

Al lado del Casino queda el agradable Parque de Santa Catarina, con grandes áreas verdes para correr, relajarse o hacer un picnic con vistas a la deslumbrante bahía de Funchal.

La ubicación es ideal para explorar la ciudad a pie (dentro de diez minutos a pie de la catedral, el puerto deportivo y el centro) o el transporte público (parada de autobús a dos minutos a pie).


TRANSPORTE
Para salidas y llegadas desde el aeropuerto, hay una parada de aerobus a unos cinco minutos de la casa, aunque la mejor opción para llegar al apartamento será el traslado. Pidámoslo para marcar uno con nuestros socios locales. ¡Es más barato que los taxis que encuentra en el aeropuerto!

En estancias inferiores a siete noches, no se efectuará la limpieza semanal ni el cambio de ropa y reposición de consumibles.

Wonderful place, great location

Very great location. Near many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Large apartment with awesome rooftop as well as a separate balcony. Great online recommendations for things to do in Madeira. Easy parking available underground. Overall a wonderful stay. Would stay here again.

Lovely week mid March

Spacious, quality accommodation in good area, up a small hill off the main road. Large rooftop balcony with bbq. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet pool with secure play area adjacent. Wi-fi signal was good in main living area but poor in bedrooms. We enjoyed the area’s local restaurants and bars. Agent was helpful and flexible. Would recommend.

Very nice apartment, ideal for two couples

Very nice apartment, ideal for two couples (two equal bedrooms, separate bathrooms). Great roof terrace with views over Funchal and space for two cars in the underground garage.The location is excellent, close to the center of Funchal, yet quiet.The service from the An Island Apart Team was excellent, especially Jessica was very helpful.The apartment's furnishings, although complete, are a bit dated. This particularly applies to the kitchen equipment and the brick barbecue, which is gradually falling apart.The owners would only need to invest a small amount to achieve a full rating, so it remains a "good" rating.

Long term rental in Funchal

We stayed 8 weeks in the apartment which is very different than a short-term rental. The apartment was adequately furnished but more comforable and cosy touches are missing. Outdoor furniture in particular was not comfortable. Location is fine, but the apartment is too close to other buildings and privacy is compromised.

O locatie foarte buna si aproape se centru. Sunt toate cele necesare in interior.

Recomand locatia. Are un view superb pe terasa de la ultimul etaj. Ar trebui o poza noaptea, sunt casute pe munte pline de lumini, o panorama excelenta. Intr-adevar am citit despre problema cu apa calda, care mai curge rece cateodata, dar ne-am descurcat, isi revine.

Appartement très très spacieux pour 4 ! Une sublime terrasse avec vue sur Funchal, permettant de profiter du soleil avec la possibilité d'y faire un barbecue. Our stay was so enjoyable and the staff at this apartment couldn’t have been better. It was very spacious with a huge balcony upstairs. I had my 6 month old baby with me and they kindly arranged for high chair and cot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely flat in excellent location

My family and I stayed in this flat in mid-April 2019 and it certainly lived up to our expectations. We have 3 teenage boys and it is often rather difficult to find sleeping arrangements that suit us. In this case, the accommodation was perfect, with a separate bedroom for the eldest and a very spacious top floor room with two big sofa beds for the younger ones. The main bedroom is huge and really well fitted out, with an en-suite bathroom (even jets in the the bath!), loads of cupboard space, comfy bed etc. and it feels like being in a luxury hotel room. The flat is set out over two floors with plenty of space, dining kitchen, separate dining table and lounge area with TV, open air terrace on the first floor with another table, then the top floor with sofa beds and TV - but the absolutely best bit of this flat is the huge open air space on the top floor with beautiful views to the mountains at the rear of the property. There are chairs, tables, umbrellas, driers for wet towels, a BBQ. The apartment block also has a nice swimming pool area with sun loungers and while we were there we were the only ones using the pool. The location is really good, easy walking distance to the town centre (5 to 10 minutes). I would definitely recommend this accommodation and I would definitely stay here again. The communication with the hosts was also excellent, they always replied really promptly and organised us a taxi from the airport who brought us directly to the accommodation and was in contact with our hosts to let them know when we would be arriving.

Nice apartment overall - bit dark if there were no lights on as it is mainly north/west facing. The roof top would have been more usuable if the patio chairs etc had been out - the stone table/seats are rather unforgiving and need some cushions!. What a shame there were no sunbeds to enjoy the sunshine we did have up there. Getting in and out would have been easier if there werent quite so many keys and codes to use - but if you are very security concious, that may suit ! The front door key needed sorting as if it didnt work first time, it took ages and a lot of fiddling to get the door open.Shower in the bathroom was poor pressure wise - new hose needed. Could have done with a few hooks etc for dressing gowns/coats to hang, particulaiy wet coats ! Other than those minor niggles, convenient place to stay, and beds/settees were comfortable. A good week despite some rain!

Un accueil agréable, un hôte très réactif, un appartement en duplex clair, vaste, confortable et bien équipé, et sa terrasse fort agréable avec une vue très large. Loué avec un parking, c'est idéal pour partir à la découverte de la variété de Madère. A deux pas du centre ville, des commerces, un excellent choix pour profiter de la ville de Funchal et pour rayonner sur toute l'île !

Nous avons aimé l'accueil en français pour nous qui ne parlons pas très bien anglais, la situation de l'appartement très proche du centre de funchal, la taille de l'appartement qui est très bien aménagé et très bien équipé. Et que dire de la terrasse qui est juste grandiose avec la vue sur la ville. Pour résumer nous avons adoré et passé un excellent séjour.
