Hale cottage is a traditional Cornish cottage situated in the coastal village of Pentewan.
This handsome double fronted cottage with countryside and coastal views from the garden offers a real flavour of the beauty of Cornwall.
It sits amid a row of pretty terrace cottages in a wooded valley in the heart of the village, 300 metres from the beach.
Positioned beside a no through road, it is moments from the sea front and the quaint village square with its pubs, restaurant, post office and shops.

Arranged over two floors, the property offers a traditional layout with a sitting room with a wood burner, dining room, kitchen, utilities area and WC on the ground floor.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a separate shower room.

Steep steps at the rear lead to a terrace garden with countryside views and coastal glimpses, decking and a barbecue.

Brilliant holiday

We had a lovely holiday at Hale Cottage. The property is really well located, nicely decorated and has plenty of space for a family. It is a really interesting property internally and has some lovely features maximising light. Most days we walked to Pentewan beach and it was also a great base for visits to some of the lovely fishing villages and other beaches nearby. The house is really well equipped and the kids loved the netflix and spades!

idylic summer break

Great property in a quiet location and a pebbles throw to the beach. Welcome pack from owners was very nice touch. See you again next year.
