Enjoy this Panoramic T1 apartment in the historic center of Albufeira, overlooking the fishermen's beach and the historic center, 500m (4/5 minutes walk from the beach).
Excellent central location in the city, close to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants. Fully equipped in a renovated apartment with excellent conditions. Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator and all kinds of small appliances. The room has a capacity of 2 to 4 people, with 1 double bed room and 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room for 2 people.
Towels are included as well as bed linen.
You can enjoy dinner at sunset, with the sea as a backdrop, on a large balcony, with barbecue. The sea is always present in this room. Your biggest difficulty will be choosing between spending a day at the pool with your family or stepping on the sand at Praia dos Pescadores.
If dining out is part of your plans, know that within a 5-minute walk are some of the most popular restaurants for locals and tourists, with traditional Algarve delicacies.

Semana de férias fantástica

O apartamento é fantástico, com uma vista linda, e tem tudo o que precisamos. Fomos um casal com dois filhos, e todos gostamos. A piscina é comum mas não tem muita confusão, e é excelente. Em termos de localização é excelente. Estamos a 3 minutos do terreiro em Albufeira, ou a 5 minutos da praia. Tem supermercados perto. Dá para estacionar o carro e não lhe voltar a pegar até ao fim das férias! Obrigada ao Sr Luís e à irmã que foram atenciosos e simpáticos. Espero voltar!

Erg tevreden.

De locatie was ideaal. Dichtbij strand en de oude stad. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Luis is heel behulpzaam en reageert snel bij vragen.

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans cet appartement propre, clair et confortable avec une belle terrasse donnant sur la pelouse et la piscine. Avec un peu de maintenance : electricité pour que toutes les lampes fonctionnent, il serait parfait.

good choice

nice and clean flat, wonderful view over the city and sea, own terrace and shared pool, quite area, helpful owner... we can recommend it! only minus: the bedroom was inside the living room. it was very bright in the bedroom, when we had the lights on in the evening. with a baby this is a little bit more difficult...

Schönes Appartement, gut ausgestattet

Man hat einen schönen Blick über die Altstadt und man sieht auch das Meer. Der Weg zum Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist so gut wie alles im Appartement vorhanden. Der Kontakt ist nett und problemlos. 1 Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Weitere Personen müssten auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnraum übernachten. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Fön. Es fehlt so gut wie nicht. Auch sind genug Terrassenstühle vorhanden. und 2 Liegen. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Apartment in excellent location

We very lucky to stay in this fully equipped apartment situated in exellent location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Oldtown and beach is just few minutes away. Supermarkets and malls are by foot just 10-12 minutes away. Apartment is exactly as described in facilities section.You can dip yourself in refreshing pool and start your adventurous day and finish the day off using bbq on balcony. Thank You Luis for showing us around in the area.

Excelente apartamento

Estive neste apartamento em Julho de 2014 e simplesmente adorei, a casa é super confortavél e bem equipada, com um terraço fantástico,a piscina otima :) Com uma vista fantástica, e perto de tudo, e o casal super simático e prestável. Tão bom que desde Julho de 2014 não consegui mais vaga, mas recomedo para umas ferias de conforto e sossegadas :)

Muito agradável Praia dos Aveiros em T1 Familiar

Quando escolho um lugar para descansar em família, não procuro luxo. Procuro sossego, boa praia e piscina para as crianças. Encontrei tudo isso e muito mais nesta semana. Encontrei também seriedade e profissionalismo por parte do responsável Luís Carvalho. Das melhores férias dos últimos anos, com ótima relação qualidade preço. Obrigada. Otimas férias em Algufeira

Passei uma semana muito agradável neste apartamento. O anúncio é bastante realista relativamente á localização e conforto. Desfrutamos de uma casa em otimas condições de higiene e a piscina completa todos os requisitos. O proprietário foi muito prestável. Muito próximo de bons restaurantes e muita diversão. Por todos estes parâmetros recomendo este apartamento a pessoas que gostem de desfrutar de uma boa estadia. Ao senhor Luís Carvalho o meu muito obrigado.
