Rent a house by the sea in Torre Lapillo, one of the most sought after in the Ionian Sea, 5 km from Porto Cesareo and 30 km from Lecce. In this area are concentrated numerous establishments that alternate with stretches of free beach characterized by very fine and white sand and surrounded by the beautiful waters that characterize all of Salento. The building, located on the ground floor, is located along Via Zanella (30 m from the church) at about 400 m. from the sea with free beach, about 700 m. from the first equipped beach (Lido Max, Lido Canne, Lido La pineta, a little further away is the Lido Orange Sun) also about 1 km from the low cliff. Reachable on foot and in 5 minutes supermarket, butchers, fishmongers, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias, weekly market and soccer fields. There is ample parking space with garden, equipped veranda, n. 4 beds (2 in a double room), dining room and living room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, backyard with outdoor shower, TV, independent washing machine, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, mosquito nets on doors and windows. The house is connected to the Pugliese aqueduct network (AQP), which supplies drinking water and also has an electrical system suitable for current safety regulations.
