The apartment is located in one of the best served areas of the city 50 meters from the sea and near Pharmacy, Bus Stop, Post Office, Banks, Bars, Tobacconists, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Sandwich shops, Bathing establishments, Church, Supermarkets, Newsstand and Shops of all kinds. You won't need a car. Graciously newly furnished, it consists of Entrance / Hallway, Living Room with Double Sofa Bed, Dining Room / Kitchenette, Corridor, Bedroom with Bunk Beds, Bedroom, Bathroom with Shower, large Closet and Balcony. The apartment is equipped with every comfort including two air conditioners, washing machine and LED TV.

L’appartamento è comodo ed è stato consegnato pulito. Anche l’attrezzatura presente è come da descrizione dell’annuncio. Peccato per il condominio fatiscente e per il pessimo servizio di igiene ambientale del Comune di Francavilla al Mare. Per tutta la vacanza si è accumulata pattumiera di fronte al portone e non è mai passato uno spazzino. La posizione della casa è ben servita da bar, tabacchi, pizzerie, ristoranti, supermercati e banche. Vicinissima al mare: si può raggiungere in cinque minuti sia la spiaggia libera che quella attrezzata.

Eine wunderschöne Zeit in Francavilla all Mare

Vorab möchten wir uns bei Maria und Gianluca für das enorme Entgegenkommen bei Anreise und Abreise bedanken. Es ist wirklich nicht üblich sich so individuell auf die Bedürfnisse der Feriengäste einzugehen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral für Einkäufe oder mal einen kleinen Abstecher zur Eisdiele oder Bar, aber trotzdem sehr nahe am wirklich sehr schönen Strand. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fussläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren zwei von nur wenigen deutschen Touristen und wurden von den Einheimischen sehr freundlich behandelt. Wir kommen irgendwann wieder!Ellen & Matthias

Tolle, strandnahe Wohnung mittel in der Innenstadt

Den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Maria haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet (bis auf die Spülmaschine), sehr sauber und elegant. Die Wohnung liegt sehr strandnah, was für die Kinder perfect ist. Geschäfte, Apotheke, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt, Konzerte, Bushaltestelle, alles war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist eindeutig weiter zu empfehlen.

Appartamento molto bello e vicino al mare

Bellissimo appartamento da poco ristrutturato vicino al mare e a vari ristoranti, bar, gelaterie, supermercato e farmacia. Non c'è bisogno della macchina per muoversi. Lo riconsiglio volentieri a chi vorrà passare una vacanza in pieno relax. La proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ottima vacanza!

È stata una vacanza molto confortevole 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

L’appartamento è molto confortevole. Ristrutturato da poco, molto pulito, nuovi mobili. Asciugamani e lenzuoli sono nuovi. C'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è perfetta - tutto è vicino: ci sono farmacia, supermercato, spiagge bellissime, bar e ristoranti, la piazza centrale. I proprietari molto gentili.
