The house has free Wi-Fi internet access. You enter through a covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs in a spacious living / dining room and from where you access the kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker .... Across the hall is the bathroom / wc with washing machine. In the opening on the left is a bedroom with a bed of 135, a bedroom with two beds of 90 and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The TV has a USB connector and has an open satellite system.

The environment

The 12m x 6m pool has security fences and both this and the children's pool is shared. There is a barbecue and a covered porch, as well as garden furniture
The owners, who also live in another house on the same farm, will provide information about the area
The garden is perfect for families with children, it has a Wendy house full of toys, there are also video game machines, an American pool table and pinball that are free, as well as bicycles for both children and adults.
The Pas River, famous for trout and salmon fishing, is located at the end of the garden, where there is a stone gazebo, the perfect place to see the river and drink a glass of wine while the sun sets. 100 m away from the house there is a pedestrian bridge that crosses the river Pas and on the other side there is a large estate with tracks prepared to practice with the bicycle, run or just walk

Finca El Pinar is located in the town of Carandia, just 15 km from the beautiful beaches of Suances, Liencres and Mogro. In addition to relaxing in the pool and in its large garden, interesting excursions can be made: the Nature Park of Cabarceno with the animals that roam freely, perfect for a family day trip, surfing on the beach of the crazy in Suances, saltwater fishing in Laredo, or for a sophisticated night in Santander with its cafés, restaurants and casino ¨.
There is a restaurant in La Argolla, in the village less than 5 minutes walk. Renedo (3Kms.) Has shops for daily needs, Torrelavega the second largest city of Cantabria is 10 minutes away by car, and has hypermarkets, in addition to all kinds of shops and restaurants.
