What a wonderful place too relax and get away from the city while still being close to everything you need! This beautifully appointed home is within walking distance of the beach and many cute restaurants. It's a short drive to Santander or you can hop on a ferry right down the street. The pool was a wonderful addition too! We also really enjoyed the fresh fruit that was left for us. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Loredo for 1 month with a party of seven. Everything was great. The location is perfect near the beach and Loredo. Also Somo is withing walking distance. There's plenty of space and the house is well equipped for a longer stay. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable chalet. It was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, the terrace and the friendly neighbours. It was situated in a nice town, with lots to do nearby and a fantastic beach. We had room to park but could walk to eat and go out. Aveline and Emilo made us feel very welcome. We had a great holiday in a lovely home and a great part of Spain. We hope to go back.

Spotless Townhome

The property was a townhome in a complex with tennis courts and a pool. The townhome was spotless and i mean spotless. The cleanest place that I have stayed. It had three floors and a nice den and dinning room. The kitchen was big with all the appliances and cookware needed. The underground garage was very nice since we had a rental car. We used this location as a home base to explore the area including San Sabastian. We had a great time and many thanks for such a lovely place to stay.

We spent a week in the house and enjoyed it very much. Everything was very clean and tidy and the size of the house was great for the five of us (2 adults and 3 teenage daughters). We played tennis on the court a few times (condition was ok) and the kids were cooling off in the pool on the grounds a couple of times. The underground car park meant there were never any parking problems. In a few minutes (approx. 10 min walk) you were on a large, great sandy beach and could enjoy the Atlantic waves. We went on excursions in the surrounding area, with Bilbao (approx. 75km) being particularly recommended.
