Very nice and cozy house 10 minutes from the Bassin

Small fully restored house with its own flower garden, large terrace and a BBQ for a nice holiday. Provision of two beautiful wooden lounge chairs.
The house includes a large room with dining room, living room and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This house is ideal for 4 people (1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 and 1 open mezzanine with a double bed of 140.)
Equipment: washing machine, a kitchen equipped with coffee machine, microwave, oven, and TV with wifi, sheets and towels provided for 4 people
It is located in a very quiet place of Ares, 5 minutes by bike from the center and all shops, and 10 minutes from the pool by bike (water sports and beach).
Cycling remains the preferred means of transportation; the car is not essential.
The neighbors are very pleasant and live there all year.

Maison idéalement située dans un quartier calme et à proximité de zone boisée ce qui permet de balader son chien. Elle dispose de tout ce que l’on a besoin. Le secteur est parfait pour des randonnées à pied ou à vélo mais également pour profiter de l’océan avec de nombreux ports ostréicoles, les plages. Tous les sentiers ne sont pas autorisés aux chiens. Se renseigner avant de s’y rendre.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation lief freundlich und unkompliziert.

La maison dispose d'un beau jardin avec une terrasse. Mais la maison ne peut être habitée que par temps chaud, si les portes et les fenêtres sont fermées, un goût dégoûtant s'installe. La hotte dans la cuisine était inutilisable, tout comme le placard de la chambre à coucher.

Cher Monsieur Concernant l odeur dans la maison, la hotte ou l armoire, nous n avons jamais rencontré ce problème ..aussi, vous auriez dû nous contacter immédiatement et au moment où vous vous rendez compte de ce désagrément .. nous sommes toujours à même de pouvoir faire passer un professionnel pour régler le problème s il existe . bon séjour

séjour agréable dans un lotissement très calme ,petite maison propre bien organisée... la piste cyclable à proximité permet de se déplacer facilement sans la contrainte des files de voiture, commerces proches et faciles d'accès...par contre un peu loin de l'océan, la baignade sur le bassin d'arcachon ne donne pas trop envie, (prés salés et marais)....location idéale pour la marche et le vélo.

Goed en zeer rustig gelegen, maar amateuristisch en gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd huisje

Plus: - de nieuwe Ikea keuken (behalve de kraan dan, daar valt steeds een knop af die we niet vast gezet kregen), goed bed beneden en ruime douche Min: - vloeren zijn zeer oud met zwarte voegen en alle kasten ruiken muf van de ouderdom en vocht; hebben veel luchtverfrissers gekocht in supermarkt en nu we terug thuis ruikt kleding die in kast gehangen nog muf.... ook grote kast in woonkamer is aan vervanging toe - Nespresso machine lekte van dag 1 en werd door conciërge vervangen door Italiaanse koffiemaker...uiteraard heel gewone koffie dan zonder schuimlaagje... - TV is zeer klein en slecht opgesteld, je moet in de zetel zitten om TV te kijken maar wij hebben altijd buiten gezeten voor ontbijt en diner... TV niet gebruikt - wasmachine kan geen kort programma draaien Kortom, mits verdere renovatie is dit een zeer goed vakantie huisje voor 2 personen (boven is het véél te warm om te slapen met de zeer lage zoldering, tenzij voor kleine kinderen misschien )
