Community is steps from Stone Creek Golf Course! Shopping is close by. A quiet 3rd floor unit with an open floor plan, private rooftop feel deck. Community features well manicured grounds, heated pool/hot tub and plenty BBQ stations. The complex is very quiet and well-maintained, keep in mind there is no elevator. Updated fully furnished living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 renovated full bathrooms and tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Amenities include wireless high speed internet, fitness center, heated pool and spa, gas barbecues, front loading washer and dryer in unit with covered parking. New smart 65” TV in living room and 55” TV in master bedroom, cable tv and steaming available.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out is by 11:00 on your departure date Please make sure all remotes to TV's and electronics are easily accessible for my next guest. When leaving just lock door as usual.

Please discard any perishable food items and If possible please empty all trash and the complex dumpster is across from our parking space.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the outside deck unsupervised.
The complex requires a quiet period between the hours of 10 pm to 10 am.

The description of this condo does not do it justice: the neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located in the Paradise Valley area; the golf course behind the building has a car path around the back-nine one can walk before the golfers show up; the three to five foot deep pool was perfect for laps; and stores and restaurants are everywhere.The host was easily accessible and ready to help make the stay comfortable. The condo was clean and well equipped. I enjoyed staying.

Everything about this VRBO was great! From the booking to the checking out, the host and everything in between! Location was great, 10 to 20 min from the airport, Sloan ball field, Olde Town Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and so much more! Very clean, comfortable, great pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderland stay in a lovely home. This property was exactly as described. Super clean and comfortable. It has everything you would need during your stay. Kitchen fully stocked, comfortable furniture and beds. The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby, grocery and drug store less than half a mile away. Rick was a great host. Great communication and easy to reach if you have a question. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Rick's condo. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable condo. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need. Great location and host. Cannot beat the location. Nice balcony (great umbrella there...can get hot...lol). Thoughtfully appointed with great internet and TV as well as discount tokens for local businesses.

Well appointed unit and convenient location

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, conveniently located and within walking distance of groceries (Whole Foods/Trader Joe's) and local eateries. The pool was lovely and the neighbors very friendly. We rented an electric car which required use of a charging station just south of us (also within walking distance) near the Torchy's Taco place.
