Located in Sant'Andrea, less than 10 minutes drive to the centre of Vico Equense, a coastal town in the Sorrento Peninsula, Casa Floriana is a private, two bedroom apartment.

Recently refurbished, the apartment is 65 metres squared and is approximately 15 minutes drive to the beach of Vico Equense in the heart of Sorrento Coast.

Casa Floriana is 100 metres from the main road along a single track. Here, you can relax in a peaceful and panoramic area. The apartment has satellite TV, WIFI and air conditioning/heating. Casa Floriana boasts a patio with beautiful sea views where you can dine 'al fresco' using the BBQ or soak up some sun on the sun loungers. It also has a terrace area, offering shade from the hot summer sun and an outdoor shower to cool off.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, kettle, toaster, microwave and a dining table. The kitchen also has access to the terrace/balcony. There is a newly refurbished bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and window.

The two bedrooms are large with warm furnishings. The main bedroom has a double bed and access onto the terrace/balcony where you can enjoy stunning sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed, on request. Here you will also find a window, making the room light and airy. In this bedroom, an extra single bed can be added on request (extra cost may apply).

Casa Floriana has secure, gated parking at the property. A car is advised but the bus stop is just a five minutes' walk away. Here you can take the bus to Vico Equense and from here, you are only 20 minutes by train from Pompeii and Sorrento. Also, just five minutes from the property, you will find a pizzeria/restaurant and local shops.Vico Equense’s coast offers lovely beaches with clear water and all the equipment you need to soak up the sun! The town has two ports: Vico Equense and Seiano, from where you can take the hydrofoil, to Naples, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi and Positano. Both ports are accessible by local buses. Vico Equense also offers some of the best restaurants in the Sorrentine peninsula. Furthermore, from here you can explore the surrounding hills and mountains including the enchanting Monte Faito.
