Detached house (apartment of 140 square meters), just a few steps from the sea, surrounded by a beautiful citrus garden ( 180 square meters) and furnished outdoor areas. Located halfway between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, it is the ideal place for a comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful stay for families or groups of friends. The house is strategically located, close to the beautiful Meta beach with a wide selection of excellent restaurants.

The welcoming, bright, and spacious accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, it is located on the first floor and is composed by four bedrooms (two rooms with a double bed, two rooms with single beds); a large living room, three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a well-kept garden with a terrace, solarium, shower, barbecue, table, and sun umbrella. The entire house is at guests' disposal. It includes one private parking space. Beaches are 300 meters away (a 5-minute walk or bus ride); tabacchi shop, bars, and restaurants are 150 meters away; and the Circumvesuviana train station is 700 meters away.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (we will arrange your exact check-in time the day before your arrival and will personally welcome you at the property).
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional fee of €30 (payment must be done in cash upon check-in.
All guests must provide a valid ID upon arrival.

The tourist tax (from April 1st to October 31st) is €3.00 for adults and €1.00 for children, for a maximum of 7 nights (to be paid in cash upon check-in).
The bus stop is located in front of the property entrance.
The Circumvesuviana train station is approximately 700 meters away, a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride.
One free parking space is available.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
