Disappointing

The apartment was spacious & very well located. The beds were very comfortable & the pillows were satisfactory. The main bedroom had blackout curtains which was great. However, the top bedroom had no curtains & was too bright, & was sparse with no storage at all for clothes. We were disappointed as the property was not as described. There was no Nespresso machine with coffee as promised, & when I contacted the host about this, I received no reply. Also, the lockers were broken & no washing powder was available. The description stated that toiletries would be included, but there was only shower gel, & no shampoo, hair conditioner or body lotion. There were no instructions for the electrical appliances & so the tv & hob were difficult to use. I also think it’s not acceptable for staff to enter the apartment when we weren’t there (to collect the city tax). Overall, it fell short of what was promised & as we paid a high price, so we felt we were overcharged.

Can’t imagine a better location! The apartment was clean, spacious, and easy to use. Having laundry in the unit would be better when the single dryer takes 3 hours. The procedure for collecting the hidden additional fees could be improved, and it wasn’t clear where to dispose of trash. Overall, though, a great place to stay and a great value. Would STRONGLY recommend
