Apartment with communal pool just 100 meters from the newly renovated beach. Composed of a room, bathroom, full kitchen and dining room with sofa bed. It has a small terrace with table and chairs, with awning which makes it very comfortable both for lunch and dinner outside. Located on the ground floor, it is ideal for families with children and people with reduced mobility. The Medas Islands and its beaches are ideal for scuba diving and other water sports.
Come and spend some relaxing days in one of the quietest areas of L'Estartit.
The apartment has a supermarket, bars, bakery less than a minute walk.
Only 10 minutes walk along the promenade of the town center.
