This particular one is located on the first floor of the building, facing the harbor and the Estartit Yacht Club, a place to forget about the car and have a holiday where you can walk everywhere: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, dive centers, and amidst the atmosphere of the Costa Brava.



On the rooftop of the building, there is a communal pool and a children's pool with the best views of the Costa Brava. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a cost of €5 per person. There are stairs before accessing the building.



The Nàutic apartments have an elevator starting from the first floor, as well as a pool, wifi, and air conditioning/heat pump. On the ground floor, there is the El Volanti Restaurant. There is no parking available. Wake up every morning with the best sea views in l'Estartit!

Winterurlaub an der Costa Brava

Appartement liegt direkt am Hafen von l´Estartit. Super Aussicht! Großes Bad mit Waschmaschine, gut ausgestattete Küche, großzügiger Wohnraum mit schönem Balkon. Die Notbetten (man konnte allerdings besser schlafen, als erwartet) mitsamt dem alten, einfachen Bettzeug könnten mal ausgewechselt werden.

We zijn nu 3 keer in Nàutic geweest en dat zegt wel genoeg , Fijn appartement op een top locatie fijn zwembad op het dak met een mooi uitzicht, een rustig strand voor de deur.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment war sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon über den Hafen von Estartit und das Meer. Es war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Tauchausflüge. Sehr kurze Wege zur Basis und zum Boot. Wir kommen ganz sicher nochmal zurück und buchen dieses Haus wieder. Schöne Grüsse

Family holiday

The location and views were splendid.The apartments were spacious and comfortable and clean. The pool area could be improved with maybe plants, some sunbeds and whitewashed to brighten it up. The pool itself was clean and adequate, though would have used it more if it was heated.
