Tiny appartement

The appartement is old and tiny, but is has a great view from the terras overlooking the beach and sea. It’s really only for two people. The 25 square meters would be enough is it was arranged properly. Because of lack of space to put your clothes away we had to live out of our luggage. Nevertheless we had a great stay.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist schon recht klein. FĂŒr ein PĂ€rchen oder mit kleinem Kind ist das aber völlig ausreichend. Die Zeit die wir im Apartment verbracht haben, haben wir auf dem Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick genossen. Am Strand ist Man zu Fuß in 3 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen ebenfalls in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Die Gastgeberin ist Ă€ußerst zuvorkommen und sehr freundlich. SĂ€mtliche unserer Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und wir haben einige schöne Tips fĂŒr regionale Lokale bekommen. Kurzum: Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Soleil et chaleur au rendez-vous. Plage à 100m mais comme nous avons un chien, la plage est à 3 kms. Le balcon est à l ombre l aprÚs midi et le soir ce qui est agréable.

Appartement trÚs bien situé et agencé avec belle vue mer.

Au 3Úme et dernier étage d'une petite résidence, cet apt permet de profiter de La Escala. La vue mer est magnifique. Parking à l'ombre appréciable. Quartier vivant. Apt trÚs bien équipé.

A 2 pas de la plage !

La plage est en effet encore plus proche qu'elle ne le semblait sur les photos (effet de recul). TrĂšs belle vue du soleil levant et toute la journĂ©e ! La propriĂ©taire est aux petits soins par tĂ©lĂ©phone, et sur place, une personne peut prendre le relais ainsi que son mari. L'appartement est situĂ© trĂšs proche de petits commerces et restaurants, une petite fĂȘte foraine (mais chĂšre), et le petit train vous emmĂšne Ă  d'autres plages, sites comme les ruines d'Empurias pour 2,5€ ou 5€ par trajet selon la distance. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Attention tout de mĂȘme (pour les pmr) 2 Ă©tages sans ascenseurs mais pour des personnes valides sans port de charge se montent facilement. Pas de wifi. A noter pour les familles : un centre de santĂ© trĂšs efficace Ă  800m qu'on a malheureusement dĂ» tester mais qui a Ă©tĂ© d'un grand secours (ont traitĂ© mon fils en bas Ăąge) avec carte europĂ©enne de santĂ©. Mise Ă  part cela faute Ă  pas de chance... Un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour merci !
