カサオリベタの最も古い部分は1632年に遡ります。 エレガントで広々とした（550 m2）ヴィラは、近代化され、現在の状態に改装されています。 家は非常に美しく、オリーブ畑、鳥の湖、遠くのイタリアの小さな村の景色を眺めることができます。 家は石でしっかりと建てられているため、夏も涼しいです。 すべての窓には蚊帳とシャッターが付いており、各ベッドルームには天井ファンが付いています。

家のすぐ前、最高の太陽の位置に、大きな舗装されたサンテラスと屋外シャワーに囲まれた大きなプールがあります。 スイング、サッカーゲーム、卓球台もあります。

Wow 10/10 StayWe have recently come back from a stay at Casa Oliveta and what an amazing stay it was. Three generations from 10 years to 75 years old and there was something for everyone. The approach to the villa was one of awe at the beauty of the area, small staircase from the parking spots overlooking countless olive groves leads to the main villa. On arrival Lena met us and took us on the tour of the villa, filled us in on all the information required and then left us to settle in. The villa is set on two floors with bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors, the upstairs bedrooms all have air conditioning and downstairs there are ceiling fans and upright fans although downstairs is much cooler at night so air conditioning is not necessary. All the rooms are spacious and towels are provided for showers and the pools. Bathrooms are well equipped and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with every possible, cup, glass, utensil, pot and plate that you could possibly need for your trip. Outside the villa there is a big seating area for everyone to meet at mealtimes and a BBQ, with a small set of stones that lead you to the pool area. Around the pool there are multiple sunbeds and chairs for everyone to enjoy, the pool itself is a good size and saltwater which made going under water without goggles much more enjoyable. Along with multiple olives trees we were able to use some of the home-grown herbs in the garden. Just a short walk on the property through some trees

Lena und Peppe sind perfekte Gastgeber. Wir - 13 Personen aus 3 Generationen und ein Hund - wurden sehr herzlich mit Produkten aus dem eigenen Garten und einem leckeren Getränk im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Lena war während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen immer schnell und hilfreich mit ihren Antworten und gab uns gute Tipps.Das Haus ist wunderschön und war ein toller Ort für unseren Familienurlaub. Schöne Räume, eine gut ausgestattene Küche und ein super Poll für ausgelassene Wasserspiele und zum Entspannen.Wir haben jeden Tag in vollen Zügen genossen und konnten zusätzlich die Gegend mit der schönen Stadt Lucca (im Juli gibt es dort ein summer festival mit vielen Konzerten namhafter Gruppen), einem schönen Naturstrand (ca. 45 Autominuten entfernt) und auch Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Pisa und Florenz erleben.

Beautiful home with spectacular views!

Even on the few rainy days during our stay, spacious Casa Oliveta was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views in every direction. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and Lena was a wonderful host - thank you!

Family trip

We had an incredible stay at the property. The home and grounds are lovely and we found there was something for everyone! We also loved the location as we were close Lucca and Florence but it was a more relaxed and easy area than being in town. The host was very responsive and made check in/check out very easy. Definitely made our vacation one to remember.

Lovely happy week

Beautiful setting owner helpful and friendly. We all loved the pool which was kept clean. The upstairs bedrooms would really benefit from aircon in each room. The vegetables from the garden were much appreciated as was the 2 bottles of Prosecco, a lovely touch.

Multi-generational stay

There was plenty of space, comfortable beds, lovely pool and attractive gardens. BBQ area needed lighting but all other outside areas were well lit. Rooms spacious and kitchen very well equipped. We would have benefitted from air conditioning in bedrooms as it was so hot at night but the upstairs bedrooms did have floor fans. Hosts were very friendly and responded very quickly to answer queries. The house felt safe and we didn’t want to leave!

Shhh, don't tell anyone about this place, you'll spoil it!

We were a group of eleven (three generations) celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. It is impossible to express how much we truly enjoyed ourselves at this lovely slice of paradise. The owners, Lena and Peppe, are extraordinary hosts of an amazing property. They are warm, welcoming, and gracious, available but never intrusive. Although it was our first time at Casa Oliveta, it was so welcoming that we felt like we had been there many times before. That's the magic of Lena and Peppe and Casa Oliveta. GO! (but, shhh, don't tell anyone about this place)

A lovely spacious property with good facilties, plenty of room for all the family and well equipped. Pool was lovely. The owner was very welcoming and always available for any queries. She booked us a cookery class which was grest fun!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad met het hele gezin. Het zwembad met zoutwater is een enorme troef ,de kids hebben zich geweldig geamuseerd op het grote domein. Het huis zelf is van alle comfort voorzien en is heel centraal gelegen om uitstapjes te plannen.

Perfect Family Villa in Tuscany

We had the most amazing stay at Lena’s place! We were 2 families with 4 young children and the house could not have been better for us. The kids had so many options for activities with the yard (and swings!) and pool. The house was large enough for each family to have completely separate areas but great communal space to enjoy together. We loved the upstairs balcony for an evening nightcap after the kids went to bed. Lena was the most amazing host, even organized a chef to come to the house two of the nights. The chef made the most delicious meals and took away all of the hassle of cooking and cleaning so that we could just enjoy ourselves in the Tuscan countryside. Lastly the location couldn’t have been better. We did day trips to Florence, Lucca, Forte dei Marmi, San Gimignano and a day of wine tasting. The kids loved Pinocchio park nearby. Overall it was the best stay we could have asked for! I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastiskt familjevecka

Vi åkte iväg i tre generationer för att fira diverse jämna födelsedagar och vi hade det fantastiskt i Casa Oliveta. Det var varmt (juni) så den stora poolen var uppskattad av såväl barn som vuxna. Huset var stort så vi (fyra ”familjer” i familjen) fick plats utan problem och fantastiskt att kunna äta ute vid det stora matbordet! Det var där vi hängde en hel del om dagarna då det var skyddat från solen. Vi provade på att inte ha bil vilket fungerade ok men det blev några vandringar längs bilvägen från mataffären några kilometer bort. Ska man in till Lucca eller vidare till Pisa/Florens gick det smidigt att ta lokalbussen som avgick i närheten. Stor hjälpsamhet från Lena inför och under veckan uppskattades och hennes vinprovning var en härlig start på veckan där.

Fantastiskt hus för stora familjen och alla åldrar!

Vi var 13 personer, 4 familjer. Varje familj hade eget rum m dusch. Vi hade välutrustat kök och en härlig altan med plats för alla där vi åt alla mål vi åt hemma. Poolen är helt fantastiskt och ssk barnen älskade den! Bageri och slaktare på gångavstånd, 30 min till havet, Lucca 20 min och Florens 50 min. Vi är alla väldigt nöja med vår vistelse på Casa Oliveta!

Vacanza stupenda con un gruppo di 10 amici.. piscina a sfioro enorme con acqua salata che la rende ancora più bella.. veranda con barbecue e lavandino.. la casa non è recente ma ha tutte le comodità.. la zona è collinare, 15 minuti da Lucca che è stupenda. ci torneremo!!!

Traumhaus in der Toskana

Als eine Gruppe von 10 Leuten hatten wir hier eine wirklich tolle Woche. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung, das wirklich tolle ist jedoch der tolle und praktische Außenbereich. Küche, Sitzbereich innen und außen und Pool sind in einem Radius von 5-10 Metern voneinander entfernt. Super für Selbstversorger! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber nicht abgelegen, der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 5 Minuten per Auto entfernt, zum Meer fährt man jedoch ca. 45 Minuten. Kommunikation top, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Lena was extremely kind in providing everything we needed and fixing some little things we had asked. Would definitely recommend if you want to have a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan countryside

En upplevelse utöver det vanliga!

Det var 3:e gången som vi var i Toscana och vi hade högt ställda förväntningar, de överträffades! Pricken över i:t var det fantastiska värdskapet på Oliveta, Peppe & Lena. Att vi avslutade dessa fantastiska dagar med otroliga pizzor som bakades i deras ugn tillsammans, det var världsklass! Våra varmaste rekommendationer till alla som vill se Italiens fantastiska Toscana med dess vingårdar med de härliga värdpar vi träffade i Montechiari och Rossi, och det finns så många fler. Pisa skall ses men även fantastiska Lucca och Florens som alla är inom 1 timma bil. Vi kommer definitivt att göra flera besök i Italien och utgå från Casa Oliveta!.

Lena has a MSc in Engineering and works as an IT Architect.

When Peppe, 25 years ago, sat on a terrace in Tuscany thinking about the future, he visualized a dream. Before he turned 50, he would have his own house in Tuscany. Later he met Lena, who shortly shared his dream. In 2010, that dream was realized - it became an old stone house in northern Tuscany outside of Lucca.

We immediately fell in love with this region and felt a need to share our love for Italy, so we started to organize food and wine tours, as well as courses and conferences in our house. It did not take long until our friends started to ask if they could not rent our house when we were not there.

So over time, a new dream emerged. That is when we found Casa Oliveta - a house that has everything we wanted. Two houses on a large, enclosed, olive orchard. The smaller house, which is a little secluded, to ourselves, as well as a large, wonderful house that we can rent to those who want to learn more about Tuscany and discover what this region has to offer.

We have 180 olive trees and a variety of fruit trees, and since Lena is educated sommelier and wine maker, it will probably not take long until there are grape vines.
