Large luxury apartment with 100 sqm terrace and spectacular views of the Assisi valley. Inside a historic country manor house, it is located just 2 km from the airport, near Assisi and Perugia.

Completely renovated in 2018 and furnished with paintings and period furniture, it offers a perfect space for those who want to immerse themselves in the most rarefied atmospheres of ancient Umbria between history and nature. The apartment is divided into two floors: on the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, a large well-equipped kitchen and a bright living room. The second floor is an enchanting attic with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. All this is framed by a magnificent 100 m2 terrace with a scenic view of the Assisi valley!
Equipped with a large pergola, table with chairs and solarium, on the terrace you can spend pleasant evenings of relaxation and beauty. From here you can admire the marvelous spectacle of the dawn that illuminates the city of Assisi and the Mount of San Francesco, the magnificent Umbrian hills lush with vineyards and olive groves, the Acropolis of Perugia, the villages of Spello, Trevi, Montefalco and Spoleto . A unique emotion that will remain indelible in your heart!

Beautifully furnished home with amazing outdoor spaces!

We only stayed one night but I would recommend this place if you want to be within driving range of many places or if you just want to relax with serene rural views.The house was super clean with amazing decor. Owner was super helpful as well. The sunrise from the deck is worth waking up for!100% would recommend or stay at again if in the Perugia area.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful experience! Stephan was there to geet us when we arrived, showing us how everything worked. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, which we used to eat dinner in a couple of nights, after eating out so much in our travels. Stephan also recommended a pizza place, which was fantastic! The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular, with a wonderful view of Assisi in the distance. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would highly recommend this as a vacation getaway!

Relaxation with a View

This property is beautiful and well appointed, with a wonderful terrace and breathtaking view!! The night sky was so clear even though we were close to Assisi. I got up early and watched the sunrise over the mountains behind the city!! The home is very comfortable and we loved the artworks!! I only wish we had planned to stay longer!

this is truly one of the nice places we have and Pierro and Stena made it even more more welcoming The beautiful old Stone house is interesting, warm, welcoming, and coast . Everything is quality. Large rooms with big beautiful windows I will come tomorrow bed and. everything is immaculate clean bathrooms are well equipped. Modern has everything you could want or need for a stay in Hungary.. we are very grateful that we happen to stumble upon this gem in Sant Egidio & know for sure we will be back. We were a family of 9 ages 5 to 85 & nobody wanted to leave. Mostly because of our new friends Stefano & Piero. the huge patio gave us amazing views of assisi & a charming place for all of us for lunch

A beautiful home with a beautiful view

Four of us stayed for two nights while visiting Assisi. We were met by the owner who helped us “move in”. All amenities are as advertised. All of the artwork and collectibles enhanced its beauty. The terrace is large and provides a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. The host made dinner reservations for us in a wonderful local restaurant called Taverna dell Orso. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Umbria.

This was an AMAZING find! Piero and Stefano have created a little paradise that overlooks Assisi. They are so communicative, sweet, and knowledgable. They gave us recommendations for grocery, dining, etc. and everything was amazing. The residence itself is rich with culture from their travels - there is no shortage of things to admire! The accommodations are comfortable and spacious, with beautiful rooms. The outside pergola is just breathtaking, and if you rent the jacuzzi also it’s an amazing way to spend the hot afternoon - soaking while overlooking the views! 6 people and a baby stayed here quite comfortably - I would highly, highly recommend this property! If we come back to Perugia, we will certainly be staying here! Thank you, Stefano and Piero!

Spectacular view

The impression given in the listing is absolutely accurate: this villa is comfortable, well-equipped, roomy, and distinguished by an amazing and spacious terrace with views overlooking Assisi. A beautiful home overlooking the rolling plains of Umbria

My wife and I have been using VRBO for many years, this home, near Assisi, is by far the most beautiful and artistic one that we have ever stayed in. Piero and Stefano have created an Umbrian dream, filled with statues, masks, gorgeous antiques and a deck with a view to die for. This tasteful and resplendent home is one that we would come back to for years. Don't miss your chance. 5 stars. They were both kind, courteous, and helpful about the region.
