It includes two bedrooms which are made up of a double with an en-suite and a twin room which can only be accessed via stairs through the double, the property can sleep four people. The interior also comes with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room, along with a shared indoor swimming pool with a shower room and a shared games room with a bar. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking, 3.5 acres of gardens and two patio areas with furniture, one with a barbecue. Wood View Cottage is a lovely cottage served by excellent facilities and in a find location for a holiday in Devon.
