On the main level, there are three bedrooms – one 6 square meter room with a 135cm bed, another 8 square meter room with a 180cm French bed, and a third 8 square meter room with two 90cm double beds, as well as a shower, bidet, and toilet. The kitchen is 7 square meters and comes equipped with two hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with a hatch access. There is also a separate shower, bidet, and toilet on this level. On the upper floor, accessed via an exterior staircase, you will find a 14 square meter bedroom with two 90cm beds, a hand basin, and a separate toilet. This level also features air conditioning and forced-air heating.
