The open kitchen is combined with large living room with fireplace and a dining area from where you can see into the pool room with the approx. 23 m² large swimming pool and the whirlpool. From the pool area there is access to the sauna. Spring and autumn you can sit in the large glass arcade and enjoy the sun. The house has a satellite dish, stereo and DVD player. The kitchen features dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, 2 fridges and 2 cookers with ceramic hob. There is a high chair for the infants. Other facilities of the house include basketball basket. The house sits on a very large dune plot and has approx. 60 m² terraces. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning deviate from the normal listed price.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
