About 5 km from the center of the city of Monopoli and about 1 km from the wonderful beaches of the area, Villa Levante is part of a small residential complex immersed in the countryside behind the famous Pugliese coastal dunes.
A few minutes by car you can reach the Capitolo area, renowned both for its sandy beaches and for its characteristic restaurants overlooking the sea.
Crossing the perimeter of Villa Levante, you access the parking area that allows you to directly reach a modern tiered hanging garden decorated with plants and trees, located on the front of the house. While at the back of the building there is a sitting room and a dining area, both shaded by a wooden pergola, from this area you can then reach the pool with a paved relaxation area and outdoor showers. Entering the villa you can reach the open-space living area with large living room, kitchen and dining area.
Through a hallway, it is therefore possible to access the sleeping area consisting of a bathroom and two bedrooms. Using the stairs in the living area, you access the upper level with a large bathroom and double bedroom from which you can reach the sea view terrace with pergola and sitting area.
Downstairs, but not underground, there are two other bedrooms: one double and one twin and an additional bathroom, with a jacuzzi.

Villa Levante offers its guests a minimal style but with attention to the smallest details, the typical colors of a seaside villa, with an extra touch of elegance.

It is also the ideal choice for a group of friends or two families, thanks to the separate and independent entrances that guarantee greater privacy. 
 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.
 
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .
