Perfect space in a very convenient location.

Excellent stay. Great location and perfect location for visiting old town and using the train to visit other places. Host was very friendly and provided usefulness assistance before and during our stay. Would recommend this place.

Perfect location and spacious accommodations!

This apartment worked perfectly, only a couple block walk to the historic downtown, shops , restaurants and ocean. Lots of space and roof top patio was great for an evening drink or morning coffee before exploring the town and surrounding areas. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Great location. Three blocks from main area of town yet in a quieter neighborhood. Also a good location for day trips within Puglia. The apartment has everything you need. We loved having two balconies. Owner is super friendly.

Great apartment but for 2 couples. 2 bedrooms with no windows and one shared bathroom on the main floor with kitchen and a small balcony and a suite bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a big terrace ( that we didn’t use as it’s upstairs and you have to walk through the bedroom to get to it ) up the many fairly steep stairs. Location is great. Communication is great. For 2 couples and maybe a child it’s a great place.

Mi dispiace leggere quello che scrivete….le finestre per l’aberrazione sono presenti in entrambe le camere da letto…..si tratta di un’abitazione tipica antica pugliese con le volte a botte in tufo in cui si accede esclusivamente con le scale….tutto questo è specificato nell’annuncio. Saluti

I could have stayed forever!

Such a lovely place! We loved everything from the rooftop patio, to the bedrooms. It was perfectly located and we enjoyed the quick walk to the farmers market, old town and the many restaurants. We would stay again!

This apartment worked really well for our family. We had a lovely dinner on the terrace one night. The days were hot, but we were cool and comfortable. As noted in the listing, there are steep stairs to the main floor and then to the upstairs bedroom and (very lovely) terrace. It worked well for my family (ages five to eighty). The owner also left wine and snacks for us when we arrived.

Wonderful location

Enjoyed the areas for 6 days. Walking everywhere. Best Focaccia on the corner a block away. Natural grocery home grown veggies fruits and mama maid dishes

Nice little apartment big enough for a family of 6.

Traditional Italian Flat that was perfect For us. Would have liked to stay longer. Marica was prompt with her communications and the flat was clean and as described. Would recommend.

This property and it's owner are absolutely perfect! But this flat is inadequat for handicaped or old people because of the stairs very deep.Perfect for people in good health.Many thanks to Marika for her help and edvises.

Comfy stay

Very nice apartment but since main living area is an outdoor terrace, we were largely confined to the kitchen on cool, rainy spring days. Renters should keep in mind that there are about 20 steps up to the main floor and another 28 to the terrace level.

Sorry to read this!! in the description of the house and in the photos it is clearly written that the house, being a typical Apulian historic building, can be accessed exclusively via the stairs and the living area is the internal one, while the terrace can only be lived in in summer or in some beautiful days. Then if the climate in your period wasn't nice I can't do anything about it. Regards Marica
