The first of our two apartments in the Telemark building, this property is ideal for up to five people. The apartment is superbly located just a stroll from all amenities. The Super Morzine telecabine lift to Avoriaz is 50 meters away, alongside the Intersport ski hire shop. The Pleney lifts and ski schools are a five minute walk in the opposite direction. All your requirements during a week`s skiing holiday can be met without walking far from the apartment. Restaurants, shopping, bars, discos and even a cinema are all within easy reach.

The apartment is of a great standard, having a feeling of space and quality rarely encountered in a ski resort apartment. The comfortable living area has a well equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher), dining table with seating for up to 5. Take a look at the floor plan for a clear view of the layout. We provide entertainment for the odd rest day or evening in with TV, books and games.

The apartment has one delightful main bedroom which can be a twin or a double bed with doors leading out onto a balcony.

The mezzanine is reached by a staircase and it has three single beds, as you can see from the photo the roof is low. The double bed in the main bedroom and the three singles on the mezzanine make up the total sleeping accommodation for five.

Finally there is a delightful bathroom and separate WC situated across the corridor opposite the main bedroom.

A large balcony runs around the apartment, and from here guests can have great fun watching the world stroll by in the streets below.

One final point the apartment has the use of a ski store and one covered parking space.
