Perfect Stay

We stayed for three weeks in the apartment, everything was clean and the location is perfect for a longer stay. The Terrasse is amazing even in January! Also Enric is really nice and helpful with everything.

Jederzeit wieder

Eine gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung für einen Aufenthalt von einigen Tagen. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen in Küche und Bad. Enric, der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte Tips geben zu allen organisatorischen Fragen rund um den Urlaub und die Alltagsorganisation. Ein und Auschecken war unproblematisch. Im direkten Umfeld des Apartments gab es Geschäfte, sodass alles Notwendige auf kurzem Wege zu besorgen war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit das Apartment wieder buchen. Our stay in Barcelona

The property was clean but the staircase presented a bit of a challenge however.The apartment is located on the second floor. Enric is a good host and very helpful when we needed him.

Nice Place

Very functional, clean, and complete. Very close to the metro, but it is a little outside of the main tourist areas ( we like that). Our unit was up 3 very steep flights of stairs so be aware.

Lovely apartment perfect for 2 people

Our stay began with Enric opening the door as we stepped out of our cab. He helped us take the luggage up the stairs and spent time going over the maps he provided for the neighborhood, the city and the underground train system--all of which were left for us. The apartment was well equipped. Although there's no air conditioning, there was good cross ventilation and fan to keep us comfortable. The location was near the Alfons X underground station and the system was easy to use. Enric recommended a 10-ride ticket, which pays for itself after 5 rides and is also good for the bus system. The neighborhood also has many restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries. Enric also checked in with us (by message) during our stay. Five stars aren't enough!

Great location and space in Barcelona!

We loved our stay in Barcelona and the space was perfect for a couple visiting this amazing city. Enric was a great host meeting us for check in and giving us both the lay of the land as well as a few restaurant recommendations!

Charming convenient apartment

The apartment was comfortable and well located. Our host, Enric, was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He went out of his way to accommodate our arrival and stored our luggage the last day since we did not leave Barcelona until the evening. We highly recommend!

Great space, location, and hosts

We adored this space. Enric was extremely helpful upon check-in. He provides plenty of maps, tour guides, and advice, like your own personal tourist office. He was also responsive during our week's stay, and checked in via VRBO to ensure everything was satisfactory. The apartment appears to have been remodeled since the pictures were taken; it was modern, clean, and a fair amount of space for 2 people for a week. Two large fans were perfect for August temperature; no need for AC with the open windows. Location was perfect for us, in a more residential area that quieted down at night. Easy walk to the metro and La Sagrada Familia. I had to restart the Internet router in the closet once or twice, and it functioned fine. Highly recommended!

Excellente adresse

Tout est parfait : l'accueil d'Enric qui est très prévenant, l'appartement qui est très confortable et très bien agencé, la terrasse, et enfin la situation de l'appartement dans Barcelone. Le quartier est agréable, les transports en commun sont à proximité, bref c'est idéal pour passer un peu de temps à Barcelone et s'y promener.

Wonderful visit to Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is located in a good neighborhood, close to the metro, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, community events in the park - and also an easy walk to the Hospital Sant Pau and Sagrada Familia. The apartment was clean and lovely, all the details/items you'd need. Rooftop terrace was a great little spot to enjoy the complimentary wine. Enric was very kind, available, and full of good suggestions for getting around and enjoying Barcelona. We had one small issue and he resolved it immediately.

Heerlijk appartement

Een too-appartement! ‘Klein maar fijn!’ We werden heel fijn ontvangen door de eigenaar, die zelf ook in het appartementencomplex woont. Het appartement is heel gunstig gelegen vlak bij metrohalte Alfons X. Deze ligt aan L4 (gele lijn) en is een gunstige lijn voor het centrum en t strand. De buurt biedt supermarkten om de hoek, een leuk park, vele leuke restaurants, en de buurt Gràcia is op loopafstand. (Ongeveer 15 à 20 min) Alles is aanwezig in het appartement: basic voorraad denk aan olijfolie, azijn zout peper koffie thee suiker toiletrollen lucifers kaarsje afwasmiddel wasmiddel... van die dingen die je anders in familiepak moet kopen en achter moet laten omdat ze niet in je koffer passen. Ook is het heel verzorgd en schoon. Leuk ingericht leuke meubels (Ikea). Enric heeft aan alles gedacht! Hij gaf ons bij aankomst ook nog fijne tips. We voelden ons echt welkom en thuis daar. Kortom een top-appartement! We komen zeker graag weer hier terug!

The apartment is very nice, and there is a shared terrace. It’s located in a more quiet relaxed neighbourhood. With the busses and Metro you can reach all sights and the beach in short time. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thanks, Enric!

delightful - well priced / located

We very much enjoyed our stay at Enric's apartment. Location: It is in a residential fairly quiet neighborhood but the livelier quarters of this wonderful city are quick to reach in just a few metro stops from the station that is quite close. Of course there are taxi's too but the metro is so easy and open late. You can easily walk to Sagrada Familia and Hospital St Pau (both wonderful) and if you want a challenge, you can walk to the Parc Guell, as we did. If you like to dine out and stay here, the best places will require short travel but you can find pleasant places w/in a 10 min walk. The apt itself is small, simply / nicely done up, very comfortable and much more than adequate for 1-2 people (we were a couple). The bed is super comfortable after a long day of touring/walking , the bedroom is nice and quiet, and breakfast is easy with a bakery around the corner or a full (small) equipped kitchen. The living room is really only 2 comfortable arm chairs but there is a TV, big doors to open, coffee table ... all 2 people really need. There is also a small separate dining room with table/4 chairs which was great for the bit of computer work we had to do ... speaking of which, the wifi worked well. We also appreciated that there was good closet and drawer space so that luggage was not in the way in the small spaces. The building itself is absolutely charming! It is very pretty from the exterior, the stairs (2 flights) are well maintained, and the roof terrace (1 more flight up and in the main picture) is delightful. This is a great value and place to stay if you want a cozy, comfy, pretty place that is out of the tourist crush yet easy to access.

Excellent location, conscientious owner, clean and convenient!

We stayed in a quaint one bedroom apartment, which was spotless and everything in the apartment worked. The owner is conscientious and accommodating to ensure guests are comfortable. Clean linens, functional kitchen with a washing machine and reliable internet included. Happily prefer this apartment to a hotel!
