Fine flat, but not worth the money

This flat worked fine for our needs, but was more expensive than it should have been for the quality of the place. Hard beds and both coffee pots were so dirty we couldn't use them. It was extremely tight for 5 people, so only really worth it for a small group. Host was very responsive to concerns and gave us a tour on arrival and was overall likable person.

Easy to get to.

Ani was a great host, but we did have a little difficulty with hot water. She had it fixed when we told her. There was air conditioning but it was on a timer and would turn off at night and we would get hot, so it was hard to sleep well. Plus it didn't really help cool down the kids bedroom. I'd say the place wasn't as nice as I was expecting based on the pictures but it worked for us. We didn't cook there so I can't say if that would have been helpful or not. The metro was fairly close and we could do about a mile walk to La Sagra Familia.

Excellent owners. Check in and check out was on time, review of flat and area very detailed. Large kitchen and living rooms. Located right by Metro to hop on to all areas.

You get what you pay for.

Property a bit distant center of Barcelona. Area around the property was a little run down. The property itself was ok my main concern was the far bedroom was very hot as the unit only had 1 a/c unit. It also ran on a timer which shut it off every 4-5 hours which required me to get up to restart. The propery owner Ani was a very nice lady and met us at the agreed upon time.

Not as expected at all...

We were very tired & weary from traveling all day when we arrived at this apartment. We rushed to arrive by 22:00, so we wouldn’t be charged an extra 30 Euro. I notified the host we were flying into BCN at 9:00 pm, she did not work with us on arrival & was hard to communicate with. I felt over charged for what we got, especially after staying at several other places during our trip (for cheaper I might add). This place felt dirty & dingy with unwashed blankets and smelly beds. The shower never got hot & there were very few amenities. I would not stay here nor recommend. Very disappointing.

Great Deal for the Price

The big plusses for this place are the cost and location, location, location. It's only a short walk to the Av. de Gaudi, with outdoor cafes galore, then only several blocks to the magnificent Sagrada Familia. The owners are very pleasant to deal with. There's also a nearby Metro. The only downsides we found are that you could never be sure if you were going to get hot or cold water in the shower, the beds were a bit hard, and forget about having a view from the windows. But if you want to see Barcelona without spending a lot of money, this is the place!

Ani and Gustavo have been increadibly helpful and friendly! Clean apartment in a very nice neighbarhood ( Metro, bakery, supermercado very close by), Strada familia just around the door... we would always come back and had a fantastic stay! Michi Gracias!!!

Clean and comfortable accomodations

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and close to a metro stop. Ani met us at the apartment, had muffins and orange juice waiting for us, and was very friendly and had good communication with us throughout the reservation process and during our stay.

The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The hospitality was wonderful!

Everything was as stated in the listing. We greatly appreciated the snack and air conditioning upon arrival, considering our plane arrived an hour late. The only drawback was that I never received the apartment number, but it was not an issue since Ani met us at the apartment when we arrived. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We greatly enjoyed the apartment. It was very close to a Metro stop which was convenient for getting around.

LOVED IT!!!

El lugar perfecto con una ubicacion centrica, comoda y con todo lo que uno necesita! Ani una gran persona, nos espero aunque llegamos dos horas mas tarde de lo acordado. Nos entrego un departamente super limpio, comodo y con todo lo que uno podria necesitar durante la estadia. Ani nos recomendo lugares para visitar, nos ubico con el sistema de transportacion publica pero la ubicacion del departamente es unico. Caminamos a todo lado!! Lo recomendamos al 100%!!

Buon appartamento

L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo ben servito e ben collegato, si dispone di una stazione della metropolitana a pochi passi dal portone. Nelle vicinanze ci sono market, ristorante e farmacia. La Sagrada Familia è a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento non è enorme ma è pulito, essenziale e provvisto di tutto. Un ringraziamento alla proprietaria che è stata molto disponibile e ospitale con noi. In conclusione io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati bene e lo consiglierei tranquillamente.

Appartement idéalement situé

Appartement idéalement situé dans un quartier animé et très sympathique, il se trouve à seulement quelques pas de la ligne 5 du métro, on y accède donc très rapidement au départ de la gare Sants. La propriétaire Ani est très sympathique, elle vous donne de bonnes infos sur la ville. Le seul bémol de l'appartement est la taille de la salle de bains, sinon tout y est parfait pour découvrir cette belle ville qu'est Barcelone. A recommander sans hésitation, me concernant j'y reviendrai dès que possible.

Súper bien comunicado

El apartamento está muy bien comunicado, tienes una boca de metro a 2 minutos del portal. La sagrada familia está a unos 10-15 minutos andando y el hospital Sant Pau a 5 minutos. Un barrio muy tranquilo y recomendable. El apartamento no es tan aparente como en las fotos pero esta bien para pasar un fin de semana. La casera encantadora

"Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole, abbiamo soggiornato in 8 tra cui 4 bambini. Pulizia secondo gli standard, dotato di tutti i servizi essenziali, il bagno non dispone di vasca ma di doccia. Metro sotto casa, quartiere ben servito. Proprietario puntuale e accogliente."

"Les propriétaires de l''appartement sont très accueillants et agréables. L''endroit correspond en globalité à la description de la fiche et il est situé à 2 min de la station de métro. L''appartement est suffisamment grand pour 5 personnes. Seuls bémols : un petit problème dans la sdb au niveau de la douche car l''eau a du mal à s''évaporer et le voisin d''au dessus est particulièrement raleur, mais c''est tout. Je vous recommande cet appartement !"
