Please note: Renovation work is currently underway from 08h00 to 20h00, Monday to Friday, until the end of April 2025. Experience comfort and style in this spacious home featuring airy white and beige living and dining rooms. Gather for cozy evenings or enjoy your favorite shows in a separate TV area. Step out onto the terrace with a table for two, perfect for observing life on the leafy streets below. The home offers 2 complete bathrooms, each with a bathtub and shower over bath, plus an additional guest WC for added convenience.

Welcome to our inviting home, designed to offer you a comfortable and memorable stay in Estoril. Located on Av. Sabóia, the property provides a blend of modern amenities and cozy atmosphere.

Guest Access:
The surrounding area offers cobble stone streets which remind us of yesteryear lined with small boutique shops, banks, pavement cafes and delicatessens selling an abundance of beautiful foods and beverages

The Neighborhood:
Walk to the beach in minutes and seek out the lovely Jardim dos Passarinhos (Bird Park), where an open-air cafe and quiet benches offer plenty of space for reading and resting under the trees.

Getting Around:
There is no need fore a Car rental - Situated on Av. Sabóia, the property enjoys a strategic location in Estoril. The Estoril Train Station is a mere 10-minute walk away, offering convenient routes to Lisbon and other coastal towns. Several bus stops are also within close proximity, making it easy to explore the local area and beyond. For those who prefer to drive, the A5 motorway is easily accessible, allowing for quick trips to Lisbon and Cascais. Cyclists will appreciate the nearby bike paths that lead to scenic spots and key attractions.

Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.

If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee:

Tourist Tax:

Great Family Stay…

We had a wonderful stay with or family of five. The property and neighborhood are fantastic. Walk to everything. Highly recommend!

A beautiful, spacious apartment, perfectly situated

It was our first time visiting Portugal and this apartment was our base for exploring Lisbon, Sintra and the nearby beaches. Our children, aged 9 and 11, easily managed the short walks to Tamariz beach, Monte Estoril station, or to Cascais. The apartment is elevated, has an ocean view, and provided a welcome retreat from the relatively crowded beach areas. We were a family of 4 but the apartment could easily accommodate 8 people. The bathrooms are modern and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking and dining in. We did not need to rent a car as the location was well served by Uber and close to the train station. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment!
